Magic knows Luke has nothing to offer that's way he yelled at his face after 2 weeks into the season. Now is the time for Jeanie to realize Luke is only good at one thing and that's not Basketball. |
He was known for being a high BBIQ guy because he didn't have a single discernible skill as a basketball player. And for a player lauded for his high BBIQ he sure made some of the more basic mistakes you would ever see. |

Yup, I never thought he deserved that label as a player. |

LeBron and Rondo being out has nothing to do with the stagnant Lakers half-court offense, ill-conceived lineups, and lack of proper player development/utilization. To pretend that no coach could possibly do better than 3-7 with LeBron out is flat out ludicrous. |

Interested to see if they try to get McGee "activated" tonight by running more lobs for him. He's been rather lifeless since losing Lebron for those. |

And just easy buckets in general after drawing all the attention in the paint and just dumping it off to his big man. Made Zubac look like a star.
McGee hasn't look impressed these last few games. Looks a bit disgruntled ... also really gassed. |

But not the Cavs game? |
That was just a game to put him on the chopping block. Just like when we lost to the Kings and the clippers, and then beat the Kings. The Knicks, wolves and then beat the Mavs. Now the jazz, Cavs.... I think we are gonna beat the bulls because whenever it is said that Luke is on the chopping block, the team wins. |

A comment on LG has stuck with me for a while now, some of our young core would/should be in college if they were not one and dones. And that being the case they would be taught how to shoot by a - you guess it - shooting coach. Or already a coach that put an emphasis on shooting the right way consistently. Not just taking a bunch of shots on your own time with a couple of folks passing them the ball, while they check their phones or chat amongst a themselves.
The most positive impact the FO can make is to actually bring in coaching staff that can teach/reinforce the fundamentals. |

there's a reason he's career backup. he blocks shots but plays poor low post defense, Zu plays much better positioning defense in the paint. |

If they win tonight, does that mean Luke is off the hook? until next game? Makes no sense. You don't evaluate a coach based on one game. He's shown us enough.
We're wasting our young core's years by exposing them to an incompetent coach. I can't help but wonder how Lonzo, BI, Kuz and Hart would turn out today if a coach like Pop was molding them. It's time for a change. Don't wait it out like with the Jim Buss debacle. Be decisive and make up your mind!! _________________ LeGoat! LeMazing! LeGend!

Well you watch the games and you see for yourself but statistically, he's 3-7 (30%) without Lebron, which is worse than last year at 35-47 (42.7%). So our young core has REGRESSED!! _________________ LeGoat! LeMazing! LeGend! |

Or perhaps we're missing our best player from last year, Randle?
Again, waiting for the fire Luke crowd to tell me who is replacing him. Perhaps the problem is the players/roster construction? |

[Charania] Sources @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium: After seven losses in 10 games, likely starting lineup change for the Los Angeles Lakers and coach Luke Walton: Tyson Chandler starting for JaVale McGee. |

Honestly makes no sense. Mcgee is the least of our worries. Why is D-League level Hart continuing to get big minutes. |
