Couldn't do the game tonight, but was able to catch it just now, but not enough time to write anything so it's a DIY night.
Good start by Kobe, not too much after his first stint.
Lakers went into some bad dry spells offensively. That 12-0 run at the end of the half was when the game turned. I think both Kobe and Russell were sitting at that point.
Excellent job by Russell. I liked the speed he was playing with. Definitely in scorers mode. Played well with foul trouble, as well. He got to the line a ton. |

That's the silver lining in a game like this. Byron is continually banging us over the head with bad substitutions, bad rotations, bad offense, bad defense, etc. We have to trust that the FO is seeing the same things we are. If they have any sense at all, Byron is gone after 3 more games. |

Once the weight of this circus is over our young guys will be amazing. the good thing about this year is that they got a sniff of lakers nation. So did free agents, for better or worse.
Jc- aggressive never back down player.
Randle- a skilled bully
Dlo- perfectly built game and body for this era. Will be multiple mvp/champion
Nance- one of my favorites
Black- just get a coach who knows how to use him |
