Most of us remember the Shaq returns. He'd usually need an extra nights rest against Detroit, but be ready against the Raptors. Lamar is clearly hurt, he came out tonight, on the road, against the best team in the league, and gave it his all. IMO Lamar became a Laker tonight. He deserves our praise!

I feel with a healthy team(odom, mihm, turiaf, and mckie) we can beat any team.

I've been extremely harsh on Lamar in recent weeks, but he definitely manned up and gutted it out.

Currently 12 games in a row is uncontested... So no, nobody is kidding you...

The Lakers have to run the system though and, Kobe has to recognize when he has legit help. Stop glaring at people and reassure his guys that he trust them. This team has potential but, have to be utilized and made to feel as if they were a part of the team, not servants...

Odom manned up...he showed up with an injury..Phil screwed Odom and Cook's night. He and the refs screwed the Lakers, with Kwame an accomplice.

Right, because Kobe hasn't given the scrubs enough of a chance? The Lakers started losing just after Phil gave Kobe the "let your teammates get involved" What say you now?

So Dallas takes Detroit in a 7-game series? I will take that bet.

Who said anything about Detroit? I could have swore somebody was trying to belittle the Mavs just to make light of Odoms effort.

Why would anyone take that bet Ventura? That had nothing to do with the team that is record wise the hottest in the league...

Hey, LO came back with an injury and, put in a decent performance. I know it pisses some folks off and, for all of you guys I actually do feel bad. Why Laker fans wouldn't appreciate that is weird for me but, that's the way it is here at LG I guess...

I really don't think Odom is right for this team, and want him shipped out the minute we can get a legit trade offer, but have to give him props for the effort tonight... Showed some heart gutting it out and having a really good game...

I never have a problem with Lamar's good games. It's the several bad ones that usually follow one of these nights.

It would be real refreshing to see a similar effort tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath, for I don't want to die, but I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

I was kind of surprised that Odom actually gutted it out and played hurt tonight. It shows Odom cares and has a heart. Props to him.

My bad, I thought you were supporting the statement that the Mavs are the best team in the league. Of course they aren't, Detroit is.

I am too, I honestly didn't think we would see him before the All-Star break. Props to him.

Kobe has to get out of the mindset of winning it by himself. He stopped running the damned offense at the end of the 3rd and it killed our momentum. That, added onto the fact that Cook was taken out of the game with LO, Sasha's fouls, Luke's play, and DG's HORRIBLE 3rd qtr killed us. But Kobe could have settled down and let the offense take it's course, THEN found easier scoring opportunities.
