Since he's here now, bottom line yes or no?

(during his entire tenure with the lakers)

Not this season, but I think we should have ring or bust expectations for years 2 and 3.

He will if we get him some more shooting... and Dwight doesn't sign with the Warriors.

I think so. If and when we nab Cousins and Leonard (and possibly Capela) by next season (or hopefully this season, but likely next), a starting lineup of

Lonzo
Leonard
LeBron
Cousins
Capela

is a defensive nightmare for spread teams like Golden State to have to face. We do however need shooters and scorers, and our bench will be deep. I would prefer to sign someone like Jimmy Butler over say, Capela, but cap space might hinder that. At the same time, I like our squad with our young guys currently, with or without Cousins and Leonard, and believe we can win 57 games easy with our current squad.

Yes but it won't be all LeBron. Magic's not finished yet. Question; Will Magic get us a ring?

Should be a poll of how many rings would Lebron win for us with choices from 0 to 5+. I could see us winning at least 2 with Lebron. If that was the case, he would be known as the Laker savior and have his jersey retired here.

The next two likely belong to GS, that really diminishes the chances.

It wouldn't be a day on LG without you raining on everyone's parade and imagining the Warriors will not be beset by injuries and burnout at some point.

He already admitted he admires the Pelicans and the city of New Orleans, he’s not a diehard Laker fan

Take Klay Thompson away from them next summer, that helps. Of course, we wouldn't have the cap space for him and Leonard I believe.

I don't know about the Pelicans part, but what's wrong with New Orleans?

I think many have not taken into consideration Klay was born in Los Angeles. Magic ain't finished. 2018-19, competitive, 2020-21 contender.

They're so deep that they could afford an injury or two and still would be dominant. Steph wasn't even playing in the first round of the playoffs and they still cruised. I think they could afford to lose one of Steph, Klay or Durant and would still be able to contend for a championship.

Klay isn't leaving the Warriors. They'll go over the cap and eat the luxury tax like candy but they'll resign him.

I guess I don’t live in your fantasy world. The Warriors are going on 4 out of 5, they are for real.

IDK. Everybody wants to go home these days. He has 3 rings. If the Lakers shine next season he may want to come home. I'm jus sayin.

Taking Klay away from the Warriors and putting him along side LeBron would be huge.

Magic is actively trying to build a team to contend and ultimately beat the other team in California.

He know it's going to take a deep squad to beat them.

They have been hindering us for years.

And have always had the most annoying fan base to boot.

Ya, it's going to sweet seeing our team compete with them.

And eventually beat them out of existence once and for all.

To this day, they are the most despised franchise to Laker fans worldwide.

Our Lakers will finally once and for all showcase that we're the real capital of Los Angeles.

So Sacramento Kings, be forewarned, we're coming for you!
