Making the question LEAST likely instead of first because D'Antoni will probably be first. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
Mike D'Antoni is interviewing for the Houston job this week. He will have other suitors too. He doesn't belong in the poll and you guys still wildly distort his abilities.
I can see Mike Brown getting another job and I can definitely see him as an Assistant again soon. I feel very confident Byron's phone will never ring again to coach in any capacity. _________________ 14-5-3-12
I mean, think about it. MDA won 27 freaking games with 2 d-leaguers starting for him. We had guys like Manny Harris, Marshon Brooks, Kendall Marshall, Shawne Williams, Xavier Henry.
Kobe didn't even play, Gasol missed 22 games, and our other key players were Wesley Johnson, Jodie Meeks, Nick Young.
Ok, just to highlight how, in retrospect, amazing MDA did with that garbage dump of a roster... we had a franchise record 51 pt quarter against the Knicks with the following lineup:
Starters
PG: Kendall Marshall
SG: Jodie Meeks
SF: Wesley Johnson
PF: Jordan Hill
C: Chris Kaman
Bench
Ryan Kelly
Kent Bazemore
Robert Sacre
Xavier Henry
Nick Young
Marshon Brooks
DNP
Pau Gasol
Kobe Bryant
Jordan Farmar
How is that even possible? Seriously.

BS easily. His comments post-firing further solidify that he has no awareness of the game or managing players. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

I would go with bill sharman. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel
Byron considering he is now statistically the worst coach in NBA history.
I guess if a team is desperate to tank then he's your guy.
yeah, I would say the next Philadelphia type tank team - OR the next team that hires Sam Hinkie will have "strong interest" in Byron. Say what you will about Byron, that dude knows how to bring home top draft picks
Unless someone does another "the process" I think no one will ever consider Scott again. Because I will admit when it comes to tanking, statistically speaking Byron is the GOAT. _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? Byron is never going to be an NBA head coach again. If his lack of chops wasn't enough, his recent parade of media outlets was. He is done and I'm thrilled to know his dream is over. Total douche. I could care less about Scott as a Laker family or whatever. New day.
Funny enough, Byron's people reached out to both Sacramento and Houston to express interest in the openings but the interest was not mutual.
And I echo people saying MDA wasn't as bad as people make him out to be. MDA would have minimum won 30 with last year's squad. Randle, Russell, Clarkson? He could have figured out how to utilize them.
Honestly he took two bad jobs in a row without a roster built for him. However the man can coach. _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? If you know PM me please
He's an X Laker coach who does not have a head coaching position.
Yeah, i get all that. Maybe it's the context i'm taking this poll with. I definitely think MDA will be able to find a HC job. He may not be the best coach in the nba, but he is leagues better than the other two in the poll.

And, that's what this poll is about; your opinion. _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team !
