Actually it is not a horribly interesting story- I was just trying to make it sound that way:) My friend got married there. His dad was a composer and worked with Quincy Jones and MJ. As a wedding gift, MJ offered up the ranch for his wedding. It was pretty (bleep) cool man I have to admit. The elephants and the rides and the movie theater. And to top it off, I got to watch a Laker game there! _________________ R.I.P. Doc Buss |

Its crazy, the 2001 Kings and the 2001 Spurs would have taken multiple games of this Cleveland team.
Lebron is awesome but damn, playing in the east all these years is such a bonus.
Toronto will win one of these homes games...but still lose in 5 |

Now they'll get to play a big boy team and we'll see how good they really are. |
That is how I see it. No doubt their road has been arguably the easiest ever to the Finals. That said, LeBron will now make the Finals 6 years in a row, I don't care if you are playing in the CIF-SS Playoffs in High School, that is damn good.
Cleveland played Golden State very well in the Finals last year without Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love. Watch out for the Cave, LeBron looks to me like he is on a mission right now. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

I am not so sure of that, Cleveland is better at literally every position. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

I hate to bring this up.
But man... Looking back. If Whiteside was healthy and Miami collided with the Cavs in the ECF, that series had 6-7 epic games in the series written all over it with the Miami and Lebron story.
The Cavs got really lucky when the Heat couldn't withstand injuries. |

Makes perfect sense to me. The only thing that can stop the Cleveland Cavaliers is Cleveland. _________________ Darvin |

I guess they have a good shot at breaking the record of consecutive playoff wins... Just need to finish sweeping the Raptors and steal game 1 from Warriors/Thunder.
But the Lakers run would remain much more memorable from the teams they swept through. |

Yep. Sweeping the West that year was a huge accomplishment that totally surpasses what the Cavs could do this year. |

I wonder what the chances are of this happening if Curry gets another injury. |

Btw, why didn't the Cavs win more regular season games? Were they just doing what the Lakers used to do? Waiting until the postseason to flip the switch? Maybe they are still better than people realize. They sure look way better than the rest of the East and I know everyone looks down on the East here, but Atlanta and Toronto are decent teams. They aren't elite but they are not exactly pushovers either. |
