Not defending my previous post, but Curry came up huge tonight. This thread was created to laugh at the supposed melt down of the Warriors and how Curry folded in comparison to Kobe.
Exactly. I guess people are going to play dumb now. lol

They'll be back if the Cavs win it all.
My comments are strictly directed at those who are consistent Kobe detractors. Like many threads on LG it went in multiple directions. You guys can be giddy for GS if you like.

Yeah, it reminded me of how Kobe would be our best player in some of those tough Western Conference series, achievements that were minimized by many fans and media members after Shaq would take the Finals MVP. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

I think that in retrospect, those that played dumb were actually the smart ones. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Dude fought through two injuries to put up 28 and 6, including 33 and 8 over the last 3, and set a record for threes in a seven game series, and that's what passes for mortal. If that's him looking mortal, you're admitting he's pretty (bleep) great. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Anybody who actually watched the games wouldn't (bleep) on Curry for being "mortal" at this point. In fact any intelligent viewer of basketball might call his Game 7 performance "immortal." I mean damn, he was flipping shots over Ibaka and shooting ridiculous 3 after ridiculous 3 to stave off Durant AND Westbrook's push in the 4th. The man deserves the praise he gets.

Steph be writing his own story and, imo, he's doing it the right way. _________________ Music is my medicine

all alpha dogs need the pack to chip in. No one has won it themselves. Period.
Dirk got pretty close though. Seriously Dirk was on a mission that post season. For 2 months he was undeniably the greatest player in the world. _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? If you know PM me please
