So when they decided not to suspend him against Oklahoma after kicking Adams in the nuts for like the fifteenth time, what was that? You can't cherry pick--they didn't favor the Warriors and then suddenly decide to favor the Cavs. Or did they just not want the Thunder in at all?

At that moment OKC was considered a better team, because they had a great coach and the superstars ( but also the role players) were clicking at the right time. The Warriors were clearly gassed after a grueling season , and they had less than half the energy of OKC. If you see Iggy's interview, he said that the best team they faced were the Thunder, not the Cavs, and he has no reason to lie...

By the way, I agree with you that Green should have definitely been suspended vs OKC, but absolutely not vs the Cavs. Two wrongs don't make the second a right decision...

Ain't no let. When you lead both teams in everything you straight took it.

If Silver doesn't cheat the Warriors, they win 4-1 with James leading the meaningless stats in garbage time...

Silver made Green rack up points going all the way back to round one, for dumb stuff, which caused him to exceed the points limit by doing something dumb in G4?

Actually he did. He took not one but two swipes at a player which the tape clearly shows. One, whether intentional or not, was towards the groin area. The league corrects refs calls all the time. It was dumb and worthy of a flagrant. If he hadn't done plenty of other dumb and sometimes meaningless stuff in earlier rounds then he would not have been suspended.

It was neither intentional, nor dumb. It wasn't dumb because it was not intentional. Green wanted only to get out of that situation that he didn't create, and his past doesn't count in this particular situation. Did they use his past against him ? Absolutely, but it was because there was the will to suspend him, giving the almost dead Cavs the possibility to come back. It wasn't for the ratings , as many said, but they killed two birds with one stone : Cleveland first title after gifting them 3 lottery wins in four years, and James legacy, which was starting to look very bleak with the fifth loss in the Finals looming ( third consecutive).

Want another proof ? Since on the floor the refs didn't toss Green out ( or give the FF), James tried with Curry later, only receiving a sarcastic look from him. It was crystal clear what were James' intentions, and the league delivered him what he wanted later. I repeat, worst scandal ever...

Green did do wrong, it was obvious live and also on all the replays. The conspiracy lies in the refs not wanting to be responsible for tossing him. Green accumulated each of those points on his own, he got what he deserved. It took the commissioner to override the incompetent officials.

When you're up 3-1 and lose, there is a whole lot of "let" going on.

I have no conspiracy theories, Green deserved the flagrant he got against the Cavs. He knew where he was in the points system, he was the one out of control. He was the one who could have avoided a suspension but didn't. He overreacted and paid the price. There is no conspiracy, just biased posters slanting reality to fit their beliefs. I am not a fan of Lebron or the Cavs, nor Green or the Warriors, I have no issues with seeing what happened and calling it that way.

I personally felt the double standard is how Green didn't get the flagrant for... tripping Adams? intentionally. I think he did some other stuff too in Game 6 of the WCF, though it also wasn't as bad as hitting LeBron in the nuts.

It did feel like the NBA had an agenda in extending series in both cases. I don't have too much of an issue anyways. They should have won Game 7 on their home turf.

Ok, if you want to backtrack about the conspiracy, good for you... I won't do it on my part because I truly believe in what I said.

About Green , we probably have to agree that we disagree completely...
