What happens to the guys like RKelly, Sacre, Hibbert, Marcelas Huertas?
I mean, when do the Lakers tell them they don't want them back? Do they tell them now so they can find new teams or do they get to come to training camp and try to keep their spots?

guys like Kelly will likely find a roster spot somewhere....and that actually may be good for him....fresh start. I think there is a chance we keep Huertas, and even a slight chance we keep Sacre. It all depends on how draft and FA unfold....but if we go with a smaller Center, etc., it may be beneficial to have a true big body 7' Center on the roster. That being said, if I was Sacre, I would seek a new home...again, just a fresh start.
I'm done with Huertas, we should fetch an NBA backup PG. I'll
size for cheap is hard to find; we need to remember he's at the end of the bench. He earns his keep when used so infrequently, in my O. _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team !
I don't see Huertas being a fit offensively. I think we keep Sacre.
I'm actually somewhat ok with both of them. Huertas more than Sacre. I also don't mind Lou sticking around. I just don't wanna see Young here next season.

That is very very debatable, at least if you are talking a NBA roster spot.
If I am Kelly, I am brushing up on my Japanese or Russian, I don't think he is even good enough for the big Euro leagues. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny

Kelly- flash in the pan then all downhill. He won't be in the NBA.
Scare- was an 800k per year cheerleader who will never see the court again.
Huerta's- I imagine he'll be back overseas next year. He's a good 3rd string but too old to be an asset.
Hilbert- will get the vet min or possibly and MLE offer from a team that needs a backup big to play limited minutes. He's got a little tread left on his tires but not much.

I agree on Sacre. LA has his full bird rights but his cap hold is based on a min salary. He's a good teammate and locker room guy and you aren't going to do substantially better in a 3rd string Center. Plus, he's the longest tenured Laker joining the team in 12-13 (Kelly and Nick are next @ 13-14). _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night.

I think they'll keep Sacre.
Maybe Huertas as a cheap, veteran PG.
I don't see a role for Kelly or Hibbert going forward. _________________ “There is always light if only we're brave enough to see it, if only we're brave enough to be it.” --Amanda Gorman

I don't want any of them back.
Kelly because he sucks.
Sacre because he's annoying.
Hibbert because hes the 2nd worst player in the nba(behind Kelly.
Huertas because he dominates the ball too much and I'm sick of hearing about how good he is from the broadcast team. No Billy Mac/Stu he sucks ass. You just have to point out his mistakes also instead of only highlighting his good plays. _________________ Don't let perfect be the enemy of good
