I take the Warriors. Be interesting to see how the Dubs deal with the Cavs shooting. OKC pushed them offensively. Cavs might push them defensively. _________________ *sighs*

I'm going with the Warriors in 7.
The biggest advantage they have over everyone in the league is their 3 point shooting, however Cleveland is the ONE team who can potentially keep up with them on 3's. Then they have Lebron.
This will likely be a very tough series for the Warriors to win, but after taking 3 in a row against the "up till then" hot Thunder, I believe in their toughness and will to win. _________________ Never argue with stupid people! Lebron actually knows what it takes to actually win a championship unlike Durant and Westbrook....mind you even if its a pitiful 2 for 6.

He's a huge LeBron fan. YUGE.
I'm rooting for the Cavs because norcal Warriors "fans" in the family have been unbearable for the past year.. They finally get to puff out their chests at the Lakers' expense, and I'm tired of it. But there's no reason to believe that the team that's 85-15 would lose 4 out of 7 games to the Cavs. _________________ "All wars are civil wars, because all men are brothers."

I think they should start both Kyrie and Delly because Delly defends Curry so well. This goes 6 games if Kevin Love shows up and 5 games if he doesn't.
X-factor is Kyrie. If he lights up Curry like Westbrook, they could win it (but I don't think this will happen.)

This guy / gal already ...
I don't own any LeBron, Cleveland or Miami apparel or collectibles. I don't spend any time at any LeBron, Cleveland or Miami fan sites. I didn't grow-up in Akron or anywhere else in Ohio, nor do spend any time there. I don't masturbate his name on every thread I can find like a spastic child. No, I'd characterize myself as a passive fan of an athlete considered by most to be a Top 10 all time great. However, have a ball mischaracterizing anyway ...
But seriously, are you going to regale us with the tale of how you tried out for Billy Martin as a 25-year-old or what?
I cannot possibly imagine anyone finding Draymond Green less objectionable than LeBron James, but to each his own ... and I just don't care whether (and to what extent) LeBron supplants Kobe in the pantheon of all time greats. I know many in this community don't share that indifference. On this issue, I just don't care. I've never once attempted to conceal my dissatisfaction with how the past 12 years have unfolded. The fact that this perspective unhinges C M B, s/he of the unrequited Kobe love similar to that seen below, is really of little consequence to me.
Comic Sans Gilbert doesn't deserve to win anything in my book, and Cleveland is a cesspool, but other than that, I would much, much, much rather see the Cavaliers prevail over the Warriors than see that mouthbreathing (bleep) Draymond with another ring ...

Who knows? The Cavs have been playing better lately, and Golden State struggled a bit against Portland and Oklahoma City. The finals could well be decided on who gets hot or cold at the right or wrong moment.
I like the Warriors chances and see them in 6. However, the Cavs kind of remind me of the '08 Lakers losing to the Celtics juggernaut (we were missing Bynum/Ariza, just like the Cavs were missing Love/Irving), only to come back and beat them in 7. IMO, Cavs are more motivated. Hopefully Warriors in 6 though, cause like others, F!!! Dan Gilbert!!

Straight up BS. Closet Bronsexual here.
Yup, hiding behind Lue is about as disingenuous as it gets. If the coach had no Lakers ties, he'd still be rooting on Cleveland. Nothing wrong with that, but just come out and say it. _________________ Smrek 2, Nevitt 1, Barkley 0

Hey, there he is!
I don't think you really believe fandom requires any sort of geographic connection. In your case, it's more of a favoritism born from your resentment for a certain Laker, god knows why. And "passive" isn't exactly the word I'd use to describe such a serial devotion to running just any ol' bull (bleep) to express your rage. Here's where any reasonable claim to passivity died:

It's alright, though. You fit right in. People do that all the time here: propagate some egregiously biased, fanboy crap under the guise of "passive" objectivity. Nobody falls for it, nobody will.

Oh man, you went through my posts to dig for some dirt, didn't you? How very..."passive" of you. Actually, if you're curious, I did an informal walk-on with a buddy who didn't make the team but did end up playing for UCI. I was 20 and attempting transfer. We were both told that we "might have a shot" by a couple of the seniors, and to come back in the spring for an official workout with their "recruiter and a coach", though I doubt that my name made it off of that court, so I wasn't so much as a fart in the breeze to coach Martin. My ranking meeting the next week went well, I shat the bed in an open tourney a couple of weeks after that, and I never followed through. Years passed, I got better, and finally enrolled. I crashed the courts after practice and did some drills and a set with some of the team. Made an impression, and after revealing my age, eligibility issues discouraged me taking it any further, and that was that.
