Awesome find.
Jesse is easily the most composed, pragmatic, organized thinker in his family. Loved the line about getting the best player and knowing who they want already...duh.

He's a talented guy and knows his stuff. The organization is in good hands with Jesse, Joey and Ryan West.
Joey is also doing incredible work with the dfenders. |
