i dont think 1 game makes a difference. i didnt panic after last night, and i dont think this great game means he will be an MVP one day. but i think we can all see that ingram will be a good player one day once the pressure is off and allow him to slowly and natrually get better...instead of pressuring him to become an all star this season

What I'm seeing is what most of have suspected... Ingram will make or break with his jump shot. Looks good today. Can it be sustained?

Without a jump shot, his limit is Rudy Gay. With one, its the sky.

Yeah that’s the ultimate question.

Yup. If the org can figure out how to develop this kid properly, he'll be fine.

Not an Ingram hater at all. I'm so happy to see this I could cry. You, on the other hand, have always only shown up when things line up with your opinion. You've certainly been a ghost in this thread, and you did the same thing in the opposite direction in the Russell thread.

Then Ingram has one good game after being terrible for quite some time and you show up. Like clockwork.

I do not like 2 rebounds, 1 assist in 37 min.

But I'll take it when he's shooting like he did tonight.

Ingram was much more comfortable and composed tonight. Love the way he played and love that they fed him early to get him going.

Hopefully the “we traded the wrong guy” crowd can quiet down for a bit and give this kid more time.

Were most of his shots within the offense?

He must have given up twice as many points as he scored. I'm somehow more convinced he's a bust after this game.

I like Ingram, Kuz, and Ball on the court together.

I know I harp on his defense too much.. But this guy will be a solid, and consistent contributer when he gets physically stronger.

At least he was very efficient despite the selfish look, I'll take it that he needs more years to evolve his game.

More minutes wiith Kuz will get him some assists.. If I was a guy trying to pad my assist numbers I'd beg the coach to play me with Kuz.

I'd like to see him impose his le gtg more on the boards. I get it's hard to do when the team seems to do kind of like the Thunder and allow Zo to get the boards. The 1 assist is in direct relation to lack of actual creating. He was playing much more in the flow. I liked it. This was the kind of game offensively I hope to see more frequently. Gotta do better defensively though, seems to be an absolute non factor once a pick comes.

It's very encouraging to see his jump shots go in. Hopefully this continues.
