Batum (My priority target for the summer. For the right $ he will be attainable, will have to move quickly before he becomes plan B for many teams in contention for the championship AKA GS, Cle)

Leuer In case Batum doesn't materialize, go after Jon Leuer, like Nicolas, he's also 27 and a quality stopgap for Ingram as he transitions to a starter.

I'd like us to sign or attain via trade, another wing (a la Livingston) who can be productive off the bench and play either the 2 or 3.

Uhhh how is Leuer a stop gap when he's a stretch 4 / backup center?

He can stretch the floor as well.

Again, how is Leuer a stop gap to Ingram when they're entirely different players. Leuer cannot play the 3.

Leuer is an athletic big man with versatility that would fit in with Luke's vision for a switchable rotation. Yes he's predominantly a stretch 4, but he can and does play small forward from time to time. His lack of consistency and effort on the defensive end makes him a bench player that would benefit from sharing the minutes with Ingram until the latter shows that he can handle the added minutes as time goes on.

I think Ryan Kelly is the same type of player that you get with Leuer.

I think the Lakers will think Horford but realize he's going to be way over 30 when the young core peeks. Think, KD but he'll stay in OKC. Think DeRozen bit he'll not move..

It'll be Whiteside or Byombo along with Parsons...Ingram will slide over to SG spot up shooter when starting...we'll see.

I posted with stats years ago their is a decline in big men once they get north of thirty. The law of diminishing returns kick in. No way I give a max contract to one who's best years are behind him. I think the front office gets this that's why they are pursuing whiteside

Switch Parsons and Ingram and add Zubac to the roster instead of Sacre and Im all in.

I really think the Lakers are going to prioritize getting guys who are willing to take overpaid short term deals. I don't see them giving anyone who isn't a game changer for the future a long term deal. With that being said....

PG - DJ Augustin
SG - Courtney Lee
SF - Marvin Williams
PF - Brandon Bass
C- Ian Mahinmi

I would expect large $$$ with no more than 3 years with the third year being an option.

Sign Dudley, Bazemore, and Whiteside and then patch the rest of the roster with quality veterans, and call it an offseason.
