Best center on the floor tonight. Go Moz!

Capella outplayed him

I think he went in to every thread to say something negative about the game or a player. It was very kind of him to share his thoughts and keep everyone on track. It's terrible form to get happy about something, we need to man up.

Man if mozgov can give 12 8 and defense I think he would have proved everyone wrong.

I'm happy with 9 and 7, good defense and finishing and pick setting.

Mozgov played very well. In fact, when we go small the other team attacks the basket almost at will. I like Mozgov's defense and energy. I think for at least 2 years this will prove to be a good signing.

22 Min. is not enough. He was beasting out there when the starters were sputtering. But we won, so whatever.

We went small to keep up with the Rockets. The Rockets are probably going to play the fastest pace in the NBA, and those are the types of games where he will play less. I expect him to average more than 22 min throughout the season.

It was in context. Hou was playing pretty small and fast, and LA went smaller more in the second half.

Noticed this as well. I think Zubac might be a better back up at C then Black. Once Moz went out the Rockets had a lot of easy baskets at the rim. It was only one game though, so well see. Moz played his spot great though

If the PGs use him as a P&R offense he will get more then 9.

Yeah that would be fine but my main point if he can play to the same level as last night It was a good signing

Was hoping he would play more than the only 22 minutes but I guess that kind of was the expected range.

Rockets didn't play real big too many minutes. His minutes will vary according to lineup needs.

I wish there was a way to measure Moz' performance in minutes where the opposing Center is 6'9" or smaller. Very interested in knowing how he fares in those (presumably limited) minutes.

Nice start. I'm quite happy with his minutes as well. He's only effective when he's on the court, so anything that reduces the chance of injury is a good thing. Really liking the versatility he adds to the team by giving Luke the option of trotting out a big lineup.

I'm not using stats as a guage to determine whether Mozgov "proved everyone wrong".

He had an impact on the game overall, kept playing hard, ran up and down the floor. He is not an ego driven player, and just wants to play hard and win.

I just want to see consistent effort every game and I'm confident we will see that.
