I'd stand on him, or sit on him, or just fart in his general direction. |

Ship him out. His game has regressed to the point where he is unplayable. If he can't get over the D'lo situation he needs to go.
probably going to have to stretch im because no one wants to trade for him. |

Even without the Young v. DLO drama his shot was way off and he couldn't stick to the one thing he can do - catch and shoot. Bad player who can't be relied on to fill a hole in the roster. |

My opinion is that he is a bad example for the young kids on the team. He would rather be in the Hollywood lime light than work on his craft and become a better player. The younger players see him hanging out with rappers and Handsome Squidward (Iggy) and they want to do the same.
He cant play within a system. He doesn't play defense. His shot is regressing.
Its sad how untradeable he is. |

If you want to truly turn the page on a terrible 3 year Lakers period, you can't go forward with this guy. He represents the emptiness of the past few years. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Yeah, I'd say stretch him and sign a legit 3-and-D guy. |

he could have been valuable in this offense. he's good offensively and he's good defensively when he's trying. all he had to do is accept the apology and shut his mouth, regardless of how he was actually feeling, and this could have worked for both parties. that is not what he did however, so get this guy the (bleep) off my team. |

He's a cancer in the lockeroom at this point and a terrible influence on the young core. He also sucks big (bleep) balls on the court and is a clown.
Lakers need to do themselves a favor like Iggy did and be rid of him. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

The way he's handled the situation with D-Lo says a lot about his character IMO; would've been OK with keeping him otherwise, even with his regression in performance. He needs to go. |

Nick the player would kick ass in this new scheme.
Nick the playa' is just an ass.
He probably needs to be gone even though he's currently our best SF (at least until I see Ingram against NBA talent). |

As woj reported. His mentor coming into league was arenas. Sans guns they are the same guy with nick being a bit less angry. No thanks |

You really think he has the basketball IQ and the smarts to learn and play into this new scheme after one summers training camp? There is no way in hell. He spent his life thinking it was cool to be a dumbass and now he is stuck sleeping in the bed he made for himself. |

I suspect most people want him gone. But I don't see the Lakers cutting him and swallowing $11 million in salary.
Lots of teams will have cap space, so they'll probably look to trade him. Training camp is two months away, so no reason to do anything rash. |

Practically speaking I think he's gone if LA can get out of his 17-18 salary. Too much salt and the space has value to them. Flip side I'd actually like to see this turn into a redemption story. But 95% of that is on Nick and it isn't clear if his head is pointed in that direction or if he's chillin' in victim land.
I also have high expectations of Walton and Shaw and see them as strong mentors for situations like this. Who knows..... _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |
