He's average for a 2nd stringer and well above average for a 3rd string pg. No complaints. |

Jose is still an attractive ending contract that could be useful later as a trade chip if another team loses a PG for the season. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Man, I cringed when I saw he was starting, but he had a great game.
12pts, 6 rebs, 4 asts, and 2 stls. 4 threes. Great game from him.
He also got into Oladipo's face a little bit, which I liked. |

Good job, Jose.
I like when he dribbles less and shoots 3s. |

Jose play well tonight. He orchestrated the offense well for our 1st unit and his ability to hit 3 is money. He play much better with more playing time with 1st unit. |

Calderon as a spot shooter = net positive. Luke get the memo. _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |

If he keeps this up, he's gonna have a role on this team. a savy vet who plays with poise.

Unsung hero of the game. The first unit was uncharacteristically cohesive with him out there. |

Jose came to play tonight. 4 - 5 from downtown with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. His best game of the season so far.
Hopefully he can conjure up this type of game again against GSW tomorrow. |

I had him with the game ball until Nick hit that shot. _________________ "He's a Zen master, so he can speak to you, and he doesn't need a microphone; you can hear him in your head, 'Ron, don't shoot, don't shoot.' Whatever, pow, three. I love the Zen, though." |

Calderon's starting to look more like that player that always kills us
If he keeps this up I don't think walton should continue to bench him when russell comes back
It's a very hard thing to do for walton, to have that many players. But it can work great. He needs to realize in each and every game early on which player has it going and which doesn't. That way he can determine who to play. That's winning basketball _________________ Kobe |

Give Calderon some time he's only 35 years old barely scratching the surface. |

Surprisingly good game considering how little he's played this season. |

Man he started off the game terribly, bad turnovers.
Made up for it with his shooting in the 2nd half.
Still don't think he really has the ability to create for others anymore off the dribble but he did a decent job tonight.
I am more of a Huertas fan and bummed he didn't get any minutes but Calderon helped us win this game and for that I am happy. |

I also like Huertas more than Calderon but it looks like walton is set on calderon for now. As long as we win, I won't complain _________________ Kobe |

Calderon can shoot. That's why he gets the edge. |

For sure and with Lou, Clarkson and Ingram doing a good enough job distributing the ball there really is no need for Huertas unfortunately. |

And that's fair. But I think Huertas could have helped for example during that 3 minute stretch of stagnant offense. He can create a play out of nothing _________________ Kobe |

He might not play today, as he had ice on his legs after the game.
As one tweet said: maybe it's huertas time! |
