Which I still won't because McGee is a moron.

McGee was matching up against Robinson and Black, when he got his points good thing a dumb player can use his height against smaller big man.

I feel I'm not exaggerating when I say this, but McGee might be the dumbest player to ever make it to the NBA. We're trying to establish how we're going to play going forward. Moz will bring stability for the next several years as he learns Luke's system.

He sure is on your mind a lot. Maybe he's not the dumb one?

McGee , Blatche, Arenas, and Young are players I don't want anywhere near a young core with high potential. Players whose negatives far outweigh their positives. I lived in DC when those idiots were there and I had hoped to never see any of them on the Lakers. Moz is nothing like a player like McGee or Young.

McGee has had a tough time with injuries the last few years. Maybe he can rehab his image playing on a team like the Warriors with a winning culture. The rumors are that he has a good chance to make the roster.

I wish him well, but I do not want him on the Lakers under any circumstances.

So far i noticed that as well. Hopefull as the offense has more time to gel we will be seeing less of them.

He's probably thinking, "If Julius isn't gonna take them..."

I actually like Mozgov and Deng alot. The veteran presence aside (they both seem to possess genuine and awesome personalities), Mozgov is actually very agile and athletic for his position.

Yeah sure, I supposed the 8 million saved money will then be used for all the damages of the riots commanded and directed by LG members.

This is the type of post that by January you will wonder what you were thinking. Placing faith in McGee is like deciding to learn how to pet rattlesnakes. An unwise decision that has a 100% chance of resulting in a painful mistake.

We aren't tanking this season.

Obviously u guys disagree which is fine. No doubt McGee has had issues and he has never lived to his potential. But he's on a veteran team now and if he makes it and plays to his abilities GS is going to be that much better.

I'm not too upset with the Mozgov signing I'm just concerned with years 3-4 of his contract.

The idea is that if McGee would be able to play anywhere, it's going to be GSW. Surround by an established system, with an established coach, on an established championship team.

That's a lot different environment than starting for the 17 win average age 24 Lakers.

JaVale McGee will never be Cole Aldrich

On a serious note, McGee was a great low risk high reward signing for GS. Wouldn't have been a good fit here for obvious reasons
