Paul George saying Russell and Randle weren't scared is the ultimate diss to Byron Scott. I don't know about other ex-coaches, but Byron Scott has been tanking the biggest Ls this off-season.

If they continue to work hard we could be in for something special.

I certainly hope so.

Having our three players picked for the Select Team was a huge gift. It gave our guys an opportunity to go up against some of the best, but more importantly, they earned the respect of these elite players and coaches. The bonds and relationships made during USA Basketball (and All Star Games) have played a big role in forming "Super Teams." If our young core continues to improve and impress, we will be able to attract top tier FAs in the coming years.

Yup, and it negates the negative narrative against DLO/Jules that I see from most national media...since I mean, Coach K and company saw fit to invite them (and now they're being praised by future Laker Paul George).

They know SAS will turn on them the moment they look the wrong way. He's also been taking Ls this off-season.

Nice comment, no doubt DLO and JR are very confident in their play.

Good to see Paul George having more confidence in a couple of our young players than some Laker fans.

Pfft, what does Paul George know? The experts on LG say D'Lo will never be an all star and Julius should focus on being an energy guy if he wants to stay in the league.

Julius and DLo were better competition than anything Team USA has faced so far. These games have been dreadful... If GS is closing out games in the first quarter like this during the regular season, the league is going to take a massive ratings and merchandise hit.

They've done quite a bit to warrant optimism.

Why would Indiana do that? They can get a better package than that. They'll ask for Russell/Ingram like OKC probably will.

Nah. Just give the youngsters 2 more years to develop and sign PG as a free agent in 2018.
