its funny..whenever a team beats the Lakers, they suddenly start playing better.
Ever since an injured Pacers team beat the Lakers...they've been on a 3 game winning streak..most notable win against Detroit. Before beating the Lakers they were on a 6 game losing skid. Keep in mind a few of their star players are out.
Ever since a beatup Bobcats team beat the Lakers...they've been on a 3 game winning streak..Before beating the Lakers they were on a 12 game losing skid. Keep in mind half of their team is out.
Ever since an injured Blazers team beat the Lakers...they've won 7 of their last 13 games. Before beating the Lakers they were on a 6 game losing streak.

I guess they're thinking "We beat the team that Kobe plays on, and he's the best, so we beat the best, therefore we can beat anyone!"

Add Memphis to the list now. They now won 3 straight already. Before that they were on a 5 game losing streak.

teams definately get up for us. expect atlanta to play hard tonight. the lakers can't take atlanta for granted.
