| If it's true and the intent was to shield their conduct/actions from the camera's view, the officers and anyone aware of this practice in their department(s) should be summarily dismissed, relieved of any prospective pension benefits, and their protections under the principle of qualified immunity should be pierced for every (bleep) person whose rights they might have deprived under color of law.
