The face of this franchise is a 55 year old woman that has a nude pic as her twitter profile...

No, the face of the franchise IN FREE AGENT MEETINGS is a dude who looks like your white trash uncle who's voting for Trump.

Game respects game. Jim Buss has none. And therefore we will never attract top-flight free agents with him in charge.

Luke has already said three or four times since he became head coach this season is more about learning and players developing rather than wins.

"You play to learn about the players!!"

Coach Walton

This post deserves some applause.

She needs to kill off the deadline once and for all. Even if not officially, at least publicly. It's creating unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty among the fan base and free agents. It's just petty and immature the way she keeps it up in the air.

And why are they using comments from guys like Barnes and Boozer? Of all the players that have been a part of this team, why those 2? Weak

Why does she need to kill the deadline talk?

If you look at every other franchise in professional sports (ie. football, basketball, etc.), Jim Buss and Kupchak would be removed because the team did not do well.

Look at the other teams in the lottery recently. The 76ers, Kings, and Nets replaced their front offices.

What uncertainty are you referring to? Every franchise has uncertainty if you constantly end up with a losing record. The last few years have been horrendous.

We got rid Scott because he did a terrible job as a coach. The front offices should be held to same standard if it is proven that they are doing a terrible job too.

Look how many titles the 76er, Kings and Nets have won the last couple of decades. Proof that overreacting and firing your FO often doesn't make the franchise better. The Lakers have had 3 GMs in the last 40-50 years. Stability wins, not overreaction.

Mitch is the one who is in those FA meetings, you talk a lot for someone who is so clueless regarding what actually goes on.

Fair enough. You're right. They were smart enough to leave the Mullet out of the LaMarcus Aldridge meeting.

Hey, if it gets free agents to look at the Lakers, I'm all for it

Lord knows, those free agents weren't looking at the Lakers because of the product they were putting on the floor the last 3 years

Sweet platitudes buddy. Keep speaking in platitudes, since it's clear you don't understand enough nuance to go beyond them.
