That's how you close out the half. Non defense suckers. It can be argued that Kawaii is better than Durant. _________________ "I got a hand that'll rock ya cradle, cream ya like cheese, spread ya on my bagel." - Shaq, 1992. |

Klay is not a superstar. That's why GS needed a real 1a/1b option next to Curry. Which is KD. |

Some great defense by the Warriors. 64-46 at the half. |

Had no idea Mr. Potato Head was now with the Dubyas. I felt that they already had enough bad luck charms with Nash. |

Losing depth and size hurting the Warriors. Big teams will give them fits in the boards |

Eh, not really in the long run.
Rebounding is what will matter in general, as it always has.
Right now San Antonio looks like San Antonio, and GS looks like a team going against a team that's gelled for years. Gonna be a hard out for them at least till a few games into the season against real NBA competition. But if they blew out San Antonio tonight it would be a cakewalk unlike any other cakewalk.
Right now Curry and KD are going as expected, Klay and Draymond aren't.
And Kawhi is my favorite for MVP this year.
People laughing at the Warriors right now or looking for an opportunity to kick them at any point are really no better than the fans that hoped our players would get injured when we formed those teams, and it will all be meaningless while our team is sitting at home while they're on their way to the finals if healthy.
Instead of being petty, we should be trying to construct ways to beat this team in 3-4 years.

Nope. They're in the process of making it. |

The halftime show is in this gross city? As I said before, they can have their title, enjoy it, blah blah, but the people still have to deal with living there. I shudder. _________________ "I got a hand that'll rock ya cradle, cream ya like cheese, spread ya on my bagel." - Shaq, 1992. |

As usual they're not getting much mention. As usual I bet they'll be right there at seasons end. |

And we're in the process of not making the finals for another 4-5 years and coming off not making the playoffs for the last 3, while the team we used to always beat in Oakland is in the midst of making a dynasty.
There's no victory in hating on a team that's doing better than us when we aren't even in a position to beat them.
Hopefully the energy is spent supporting our own team and who we'll be in the next 3-4 years and what team we put together to BEAT Golden State.
We were on here talking about getting LeBron and Carmelo to join Kobe on the same team no more than 2-3 years ago, we talked trash on everyone when we got Nash, Kobe, Dwight and Gasol and laughed at the concept of 'rebuilding' rather than reloading, we hate David Stern for stealing CP3, Kobe and pre-injury Dwight from us, but we're going to trash Golden State for what Jerry West helped create?
Nope.

Jonathan Simmons went undrafted at age 23 to the ABL, then the D-League for the Spurs for the next 2 years, about to quit pro basketball when the summer league invite last season gave him a shot. Typical SA diamond in the rough stuff... _________________ Character
