2-2 is very doable and I think the team will accomplish just that. I won't rag on anyone that thinks 1-3 or even 0-4 because I can see that happen too. This isn't an easy 4 game stretch by any imagination.

But, I think we can beat Utah and ATL. I find the Jazz extremely overrated and while it's going to be a tougher game than the Rockets due to their frontcourt, they also run a much slower paced offense which IMO will help the Lakers defense more this game.

ATL because (bleep) Dwight, they are weaker than last season, and because (bleep) Dwight. Don't lose to that team please.

The game against the Thunder will be interesting. We will either get killed or sneak a close win in similar fashion to the Rockets game. Let Westbrook go off and get his while making the other guys beat us. It's never as simple as that but that team also has bad spacing. Should be an easier job covering that then the load of shooters that Dantoni Rockets team had.

Pacers game, sadly, I think we will just flat out lose. I just don't see a win there. They have improved a lot both roster wise and players developing like Myles Turner if he can play similar to what he did yesterday on a consistent basis. That team is going to be a real problem soon.

How do you stop Westbrook though ? Dude is in NBA JAM shape. He comes off a 51, 13, 10 performence, first 50p triple double since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

OKC was down most of the game vs Philly and was in a close fight vs PHX, but eventually won both

Philly and PHX are teams that, right now, are in the same tier as the Lakers when it comes to the outlook of the league..

OKC right now is not an elite team, they are not GSW, CLE status... It's Westbrook and everybody else a la Kobe in 05-07

So its not a guarantee that we lose on Sunday, I think it will actually be close

I expect everyone to have a bounce back game Sunday after struggling and still nearly stealing a game in Utah

Still hoping we can steal at least 1 game. Coming back home 2-3 after a road trip would be big.

If he's gonna put 51-13-10, make sure it's inefficient and he has a lot of turnovers. The Suns did both of those, and despite being a bad team, took it to OT.

I voted for 0-4, lol. I just think these are tough games for us and its going to be hard to get a victory. I hope I'm wrong. Tbh, we kinda played terribly last night and still could have won that game, which is encouraging.

Well, we're 0-1. I think we can scrape off 1 win. OKC, Indiana, and Atlanta. next up...although, the Eastern Conference opponents are always competitive and close, so' we'll see...

I think we can beat Indy. Teague & Ellis are not good defenders, so I think Russell and/or Clarkson can have a big game against them.

PG13 is streaky as hell so hopefully we catch him on a bad game.

If Mozgov can limit Myles Turner's effectiveness on the glass, we'll be in good shape.

Random tangent:
I have Indiana as a LOCK for the playoffs this year. I know it's just the east though. So my prediction isn't very out of the box. I have them finishing anywhere between 3rd and 8th.
Only CLE and TOR I think are definitively better than them. At the start of the season I had Boston on that list as well. But that Chicago game was revealing. They miss Evan Turner on both sides off the ball.

0-4 most likely, on paper all 4 teams are better and the jazz without hayward was probably our best chance, but also wouldnt surprise me if our shooters get hot and we end up picking up a win.

1-3. Westbrook will kill us. We're about equal with the Pacers and Hawks but I don't think they'll win both.

Indy lost to the Nets, who probably have the worst roster in the league..

We can most def beat Indy

I sure hope you're wrong because we come back from our road trip to play the warriors. Yikes.

OKC has been completely unimpressive in their first two games vs bad teams.

Lakers should be able to beat these guys and show Russ he made the wrong decision to extend in OKC.

Indy looking like a winnable game.

I'd love to see the young guns beat ATL and Howard the Coward, but that might be a tough ask on 2nd night of back to back.

I said 1-3. I thought we'd beat Indy, personally. Sucks. Hopefully they can make me right anyways.
