I say that we shouldn't be too confident, the team is still young and Andrew Bogut & Harrison Barnes are on the Mavs. I wouldn't take this game too lightly as Barnes or Matthews could explode anytime.
Lets take this one game at a time. You guys wouldn't want your "sure win" comments to be laughed at on the Mavs board's QFTOS right?

Why not?
The Mavericks are horrible right now.
There's a reason they're 1-5 meanwhile the Lakers are a game over .500 and playing at home where they have yet to lose.
See no reason to not be really confident.

We're still a young team. We're better on paper, but that means there will be some games we're supposed to win, and we won't. Reason why we'll probably be in the mid 30's in wins at the end of the season rather than the mid 40's...

| Tough to pencil in a victory against a Rick Carlisle coached team. They might not have talent this season, but they are experienced and play the game the right way. Barnes is also the most efficient iso player in the league right now. He's playing like a max player. |

Man... the way some guys being too confident...
If we lose I'd be pissed that you guys jinx it by acting like the same as those fans from other teams we've seen on the previous QFTOS's.
They have Carlisle who is a great coach, Barnes who is being more and more like a max player, Bogut who is a rim protector and Wesley Matthews the microwave.
Even with Dirk and maybe D-Will out I wouldn't pencil this as a W.
And let me bring up a fact, last season the TWolves are a 4-5th seed in the West at this point of last season and they ended up being 5th worst in the league. Nothing is taken for grant. Like I said, take this one by one.
