He was suppose to be the substitute point guard for Smush Parker, just got injured. Lakers need this guy more than Vujacic. I hope he returns.

Mckie is a dangerous 3 point shooter and a very good defender. He's not as good as other point guards out there, but he's certainly better than Vujacic. Also being an 11 year veteran has a bit of an advantage.

Aaron Mckie he stil plays? Does he stil have a fade? I think the last I heard of him was about 6 years ago when the 76ers were battling for the NBA championship.

Mckie is still in the league?

What team was silly enough to sign him?

Blame the Laker budget for taking chance on Mckie.

Hopefully, he will be packaged in a deal to the East Coast. That would make McKie happy.

Another great Mitch Kupchak signing. I got to give him credit though.
I think the only reason why McKie was signed was to get Curry.
They have the same agent, I think.
So, by signing McKie, Mitch probably thought he'd also get Curry. Then Isiah came up..

Nonetheless, healthy McKie can help this team. He's still a solid athlete, defender and a smart offensive player.
I hope he comes back soon.

Aaron McKie has made a grand total of ONE field goal this season for the Los Angeles Lakers. The guy is done.

A better question is what washed-up bum will we sign next season to take his place?

It's funny how this topic comes up like clock work once a week. Heck, I even started a thread on this a few weeks ago. Who wants to sign up for next week?

Even if it is me, does it make any difference? I'm talking about the facts here.
Obviously you guys have never seen him play on the 76ers days when they got in to the Finals.
Too much critics.

It'll be like that scene in The Two Towers when Gandalf saves the day.

McKie: "Kobe, in the fifth month, look to the East."

How many years ago where those Finals?

That was when FATSO was on his game too.

Times passes and players lose their athletic ability.

Aaron is done as far as being a 6th man type.

He may give us a few minutes as the 8th man.
