Not to make light of this...
But you do know that Martin suffers from Turrets Syndrome, right?
That "wince" could be a "tick" for all we know. |
My bad, I had no idea. At least we get some comic relief along with signing him.
JOKEy Joke. Come on now people, I was kidding _________________ Lakers Tickets |

foster is a Rodman type player. Phil jackson would love him. Husteles all out. Great rebounder. Does the dirty work. Not exactly rodman's level, but he is a dirty work type player who will clean up the glass.
This is the type of player that we need. Plus you get a young 22 yr old stud in Granger who can rebound play defense. Anthony johnson is a very good on ball defender
This would be a top 5 defensive team. |

No problem.
BTW, there's absolutely no truth to the rumor that it's the Turrets that's causing Martin to show his bare chest and stare into the crowd every time he manages to dunk the ball. |

My question is, if Kmart was the likely target, does his injury yesterday change things??? |

^it's a good question... how serious was the injury... and might it have been that he just didn't really want to play, knowing that he'd be traded somewhere? _________________ -

You've seen the interview I'm sure.
How's your knee?
"Still attached" "Constant pain"
Sounds bad. Three optimistic possibilities:
1.It's possible that Denver wants him to say that so that fans don't get mad at the deal or so they can sit him without giving away that he's being traded.
2. KMart is saying this, knowing it isn't quite true with management knowing it isn't quite true. He wants to force a trade. Dislikes Karl and wants to make it clear he wants to be moved.
3. The Lakers have talked to KMart. KMart wants to go to LA. KMart is trying to lower his value so that Danver has to include Watson or Lenard and LA can get both for Mihm + scraps.
Obviously, all three are unlikely, with the thirs being the most unlikely. It's most likely the case that he's in pain and that we're gonna make a smaller move instead. Sigh. Here's to hoping. |
