I read this the morning and LOL'd at this part in the article it said

Many people in this country only want their irrational feelings validated. They don't care about being lied to. They don't even care if it's a bad lie. Take the Americans Die Quickly Act. Anybody based in any kind of reality knows this isn't a health care bill. This is a YUUUUGGGGE tax cut bill for the wealthy and they are just permanently commandeering the monies earmarked for YOUR health care to pay for it. The lies really kick in when they leave in stuff the people like (i.e. pre-existing conditions, keeping your kids until they're 26) knowing full damn well that can't be sustained without the things they are taking away (individual mandate, tax on high income earners, etc) to pay for it.

Actually, it's not hard. Cross check sources. Use intellect and common sense. Put aside personal biases and be willing to look past your preconceptions. Melfi shouted at Ton by about Season 5, "When are you gonna OWN UP to your FEELINGS?!" Ton was one of her more tedious patients. He could never stop feeling like a bad son because his mother was a schizo. She tried to have him whacked, he felt it was his fault. I hope CI doesn't have a mom like Livia.
