Maddow reporting tonight that, among other evidence that is out there (but can't be released yet), that the Dems are claiming that, during the 2016 Trump campaign, the Trump organization was negotiating for loans from one of the Russian banks sanctioned by the U.S. Enlightening given the fact that Mueller, for the first time, just issued a subpoena for all documents in the possession of the Trump organization reflecting any interaction with Russia.

And the two black families targeted are loosely connected and both connected to prominent black persons in the Austin community. The bomb that went off at the Latino home was sent to the wrong address, it was actually meant for someone else, not been announced who. Domestic terrorism most likely targeting black families in Austin area. |
I believe the packages were dropped off by whoever created them. They didn't use a mail service. |
You're right, I think it's been suggested they were dropped off, not sent thru the USPS or other delivery service. But I thought I heard or read somewhere that the third one had an incorrect address and might have been mean for someone else? Still early in the investigation so might not have all the details yet. In any case, a horrible series of crimes.

Hard to keep up. In addition to Tillerson being fired, a guy at State was fired also for speaking up to say Tillerson was blind-sided. Plus Tillerson's chief of staff and one or two deputy COS were either fired or resigned when he was let go. That's 4-5 people in one day just from the State dept.

And Trumps "body man" who is with him 24/7 essentially and hears an awful lot of sensitive stuff and is around a lot of high level intelligence was just fired and escorted off the White House grounds for security reasons. Apparently due to on-line gambling and tax issues, he could not get a security clearance. Escorted off by Secret Service without being allowed back to even get his jacket but Trump immediately hired him as senior advisor for his re-election campaign.

From what I've seen on the local news (I live in Austin), the packages may not have been addressed at all. They were left on the doorsteps, yards and driveways.
When the first one happened the police thought it was an isolated occurrence, perhaps related to a drug bust they had done a few houses down, days before. Then when the 2nd package exploded and it was another African American (a 17-year old kid) they started to speculate about a pattern.
All the houses have been on the East side of town, stretching from north to south. The east side of Austin has a large minority population, so who knows if he's targeting certain people or a certain area or both.
I just wish there were front door cameras on the victim's houses or neighbor's houses. I know many of my neighbors have them and have posted videos of suspicious people or when a car has been broken into. Those things catch all activity on the street, driveway and doorstep depending on where they're placed. |

Targeted assassinations of prominent black community members. Firebombings all over again. Trump emboldening racists and violence. This is terrible. |
Trump not saying anything is understandable. I haven't heard any news reports. Has anyone? If not any idea why?

Thanks CI. Those reports are local. No CNN, MSNBC that I've seen. I don't watch a lot of local Los Angele news. I don't watch FoxNews. The third bomb could have been a mistaken address. Bomber may have dropped it at the wrong house.

If Trump is impeached before Jr is sentenced Pence would pardon?

That's strange. Why criminal rather than divorce lawyer? Is protection of assets a factor?
