Ugh, the Hunter Biden ABC interview clip I just saw was not fun to watch.

Biden refused to acknowledge mistakes when it came to past legislation over multiple debates. But THIS. This is where the Biden campaign (Hunter Biden specifically) admits a mistake?

Doesn't make sense to me. But hey, I'm probably not someone Biden's campaign is trying to target.

Not a Biden fan. I get it, he's a credible threat to Trump because he's in the right age group, the right race, and the right gender, and has the requisite experience. I'm just not a fan, he's just another politico who didn't have the freaking sense to reel in his son. Just like Donald.

I hated voting for Hillary, she has the similar compromises to Biden. I haven't changed since 2016, I still want Elizabeth Warren. She wouldn't pull any financial shenanigans, before, during, or after holding office.

I've been in Warren's camp for a few years. Look forward to voting for her and Gillum/Buttigieg/Amy

Nice.

Her exchange with Mayor Pete in that regard was easily one of the most disingenuous moments of any candidate in all of the debates so far. She is completely transparent and one dimensional.

Biden coasting through this thing. He's gotten better every debate.
Watching Warren defend herself with razor sharp attacks is impressive and kinda scary.

When this debate focuses on the top 5-6 candidates it's 10x better. Jack up the qualifications for all future debates. 12 people on stage is ridiculous.

I know it sounds angry or violent but Would anyone support legislation that allowed you to punch in the mouth any GOP who says we need to know the identity of the whistleblower?

These people are truly living in an alternate reality where they truly believe they are going to get away with everything...

Most unamerican thing you can say is
reveal the identity of the whistleblower
let us kill the spy

How a living breathing human supports Trump is beyond my logic abilities

His teeth didn't fall out, and his eyeball didn't explode, but other than that I didn't see any take away moment from him. Is it at the point where he earns credit for not saying anything overtly racist? Probably.

Just watched the last two hours of the debate; I had watched the first hour earlier tonight (when I had commented previously). I thought Buttigieg was awesome. He just completely owned Gabbard on Syria (important given their backgrounds as former servicemembers), and I thought he was much more forceful and strong tonight in general. When he told Beto he didn't need a lecture on courage, I just thought to myself that I don't think he would have said something like that previously.

I thought it was Biden's best night, and, I suppose as no surprise, he was at his best during the foreign policy discussion. Still, it was pretty clear that the other candidates now view Warren as the frontrunner.

Bernie looked full of vitality and you wouldn't have known that he had suffered a recent heart attack.

I think it was probably Klobuchar's best debate, and who knows, maybe she'll be a serious VP candidate.

Gabbard really was terrible. My goodness.

It's going to be a good day when she inevitably ends her useless campaign.

He's making a strong statement about setting an age limit on candidates.

I'd say 75 would be fine, but then Warren couldn't serve a 2nd term, which I don't support.

Both Klobuchar and Buttigieg are positioning themselves nicely as potential VPs.

Gabbard's opening answer on impeachment was disqualifying, and then she made it worse on the issue she apparently cares about the most, which is foreign policy/war. There is very little substance other than "I was in the Army and I'm anti-war, so we have to end the regime change war....regime change war...regime change war...did I say regime change war?" .. As you said, terrible.

They were by far the two standouts to me last night - concise, poised and on point throughout (at least the parts I was, which was a little over 2/3s)
