If Trump ever gets impeached or indicted, I think it will end up being due to some shady money-laundering scheme or other criminal activity, probably with a black-listed foreign entity. However, I think it's the investigation into the Russian connection that will ultimately lead to uncovering his illegal business dealings. But that will probably only happen through an independent prosecutor, or if the intelligence community collects enough evidence to warrant a Federal case (and assuming Sessions has either recused himself, is gone, or evidence so overwhelming that to not prosecute would create a constitutional crisis).

And in the mean time, if the administration is trying to add more fuel to the fire of charges against them (doing Russia's bidding by being anti-NATO and pro-Putin), GOOD JOB!

I’ve previously argued that not every untruth deserves to be branded with the L-word, because it implies intent and somebody can state an untruth without doing so knowingly. George W. Bush didn’t lie when he said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and Obama didn’t lie when he said people who liked their current health insurance could keep it. They made careless statements that proved false (and they deserved much of the criticism they got).
But the current president of the United States lies. He lies in ways that no American politician ever has before. He has lied about — among many other things — Obama’s birthplace, John F. Kennedy’s assassination, Sept. 11, the Iraq War, ISIS, NATO, military veterans, Mexican immigrants, Muslim immigrants, anti-Semitic attacks, the unemployment rate, the murder rate, the Electoral College, voter fraud and his groping of women.
He tells so many untruths that it’s time to leave behind the textual parsing over which are unwitting and which are deliberate — as well as the condescending notion that most of Trump’s supporters enjoy his lies.
Trump sets out to deceive people. As he has put it, “I play to people’s fantasies.”

Trump is showing everyone how America works. Greed, nepotism and corruption from the bottom all the way to the top. That's the reality _________________ "It was tough," Kobe Bryant said. "But when it got really tough for me, I just checked myself in."
What you're forgetting is Republicans LOVE Trump. He still has negotiating power within his party.
Au contraire mon ami. I considered his standing with the party.
Have you seen as I have, some in his party distancing themselves from Donald? Also he has all time low approval rating.
Donald's not only wrecking his party he's dismantling democracy. He's showing where his allegiance lies. IMO, Tillerson going to Russia rather than the NATO conference does not bode well for Donald.
His party may be Republican but I hold they are Americans and don't want the country to go down the drain. At least I hope that's the case.
Something I've noticed. When newscasters mention him they don't call him President Trump, they call him Trump or Donald. Have you ever seen that mention for any past president?
I'm a optimist, I believe Donald will fall. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

The problem I see is that giant 86%. It doesn't matter that most independents won't like a candidate siding with Trump if that candidate doesn't get out of the primary to begin with. To that end, Trump probably still wields a lot of power for their re-election chances. I do realize his party doesn't like him, but they still need to be (re-)elected.
I hope you are right. I just don't see evidence for it, yet.
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born? _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

That was the highlight of the hearing. It pretty much went downhill from there, with both sides playing politics and asking questions they knew would not be answered. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo"

The White House distanced itself from a new report Wednesday that alleges Trump's former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, worked for a Russian billionaire more than a decade ago in order to advance the agenda of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The explosive report by The Associated Press appears to undermine assertions by the Trump administration and Manafort that he had never worked to promote Russia's global influence.

Doesn't the 86% tie to the party's candidate?
The constituents are beginning to complain. The town house meetings are showing just how disgruntled they are.
If the incumbent doesn't show his constituents he's their voice not Donald's, won't that carry some weight? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
