We played with heart. A team that is undermanned and then comes back to win. We learned from our mistakes in the first half and did not want to get in the habit of losing. We showed will. I am happy.

I'm glad you're happy. I am too. But honestly, the bulls played terrible down the stretch.

Well, I'm glad BOTH of you are happy!

It was a great win considering we are not only down two of our Starters, but two of of top 5 players and still the others pulled it together and found a way to win...!

We played a bad offensive game, but we outrebounded the Bulls 60-46 and still beat a good team on the road. Not saying we're a good team, but that's what good teams do.

I am happy with the win because losing a close one always sucks.

every win is so happy for me. remember how winning was such a foreign concept? like even if we wouldn't get blown out, it was impossible to close it out at the end because guys would just give up or make crucial mistakes and get demoralized?

now we're scrapping out ugly games on the road like we're a veteran squad

I've gotten so used to winning now that I actually get mad when we lose. For awhile there I just expected us to lose and was kinda numb to it. Nice to be an actual "living" fan again, instead of a tank-watching zombie.

I think I was happiest after a win during the last game of 2010.

I'm just glad I didn't turn it off after the first because that was one of the most awful quarters ever

So you've been a laker fan for the last 10 wins?..
Because 11 regular season wins ago was a far more epic win.

?

That game wasn't even about wins or losses more than it waa trying to figure out how to break the record for most fg attempts by a human being.

Anyway, with this win, I can't say I was happy, I mean I was of course, but it is more like relief. Games where we are firing on all cylinders and blowing out and humiliating the opponent makes me happiest haha

This game must have felt like how it felt for other teams back when we were a great team and lost to a young group of overachievers

I'd be more happy if the refs called Gibson for saving the ball while being out of bounds once out of the 5 times he did it.

OKC, ATL, CHI- we have been grinding out wins with our team hurt and a horrible schedule. If we can stay near .500 through this stretch, it should be down hill from there. Easier schedule, everyone back from the injuries. Ready to make some noise!

In my opinion games like that are ones you flush. You got the win, but you know you have to play a lot better than that.

Happy for sure but I think I was more relieved than anything. The turnovers were killing me!

But that's the point of remembering this win. They shouldn't remember it as a well-played game, but as proof that they can tough it out through a bad game and win. That's a huge confidence boost.

I see it differently. We all knew the offense was going to suffer without DLO and Young.

On defense though, it was a bit of a redemption story. How to gain respect. This team was widely regarded as terrible on defense. That 149 point in regulation shellacking that GS laid on them is still fresh in everyone's minds. The second unit is supposed to be too small to rebound. And we're facing one of the better teams in the NBA, a good rebounding team at that, and we're missing 40% of our starting lineup. Replaced by third stringers.

They started out in a hole, but they demolished Chicago on the boards, and a 19 year old toothpick of a kid shut Jimmy Butler down. Randle had 20 rebounds and played clutch at the end. Nance was EVERYWHERE. Tenacious defense was a big reason Chicago looked so crappy. It was tenacity, rebounding and defense that pulled the Lakers back into this game and ultimately to victory.

Nance, Ingram and Randle. Defense, more defense, and rebounding. I thought it was a great game, a game they should remember for a long time.
