Does anyone have an idea what is up with their sports coverage this season. It's like who ever plays at Staples that day gets the whole show dedicated to them. The other night they kept talking about the L.A. Kings and the Winter Olympics Hockey team instead of highlighting the Laker win in Houston. I admit I was channel surfing so they may have mentioned it, but it couldn' t have been for very long.  |

| It has not been the same since van earl wright left. They stopped doing the SCSR because they didnt have enough brodcasters to do it |

| I've been thinking the same thing. We should complain about it because that's not how they advertise the show. It's supposed to be SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SPORTS, not WHATEVER TEAM IS PLAYING sports report. Heck, the other night after the Laker win, they didn't even cover it. It was all NCAA sports. |

| I don't mind it, if I'm watching the Lakers on that channel, I want a long post-game show dedicated to it, the same goes for if I'm watching a Kings game. That's the reason the show is like that, most of their viewers are already watching the game before SCSR comes on. Just watch the late night edition of SCSR, that covers everything. |

| not being in la, I pay extra to get that channel (sports package) I've been getting it since the 2003-2004 season. I've been very happy with it up until this year...their coverage stinks...what embarassing coverage for such a storied team, and such a huge media market. Is KCAL any better? I wish they were included in the sports packet, but i'm sure there is no chance of that... |

You mean they have hockey in the Olympics?
I thought all that Kurt Russell "Miracle" stuff was just make-believe

Same boat here. I was thinking of saving my lil 6 bucks and cancelling. but living on the east and being able to watch lakers like is worth the 6 bucks.
You know i allways hoped that FSN would try and rival espn. I mean they are like the microsoft of sports. someone else needs to step up. Could you imagine just having foxnews or just cnn? |
