I get to pick the brain of a former NBA Video Coordinator in this one too, which was awesome.

good stuff, good interview.

Savage ending tho. "I love shoes." "I basically stopped listening two minutes ago --- thanks for listening, fans!"

On a technical note, sound is good, but Darius sometimes comes in loud, sometimes soft - just so you know, GT. tho i think it's on his end --- doesn't sound like you guys are in the same room, so i assume its his equipment

Haha, yeah...we're still getting comfortable with each other. I think he's worried about offending me, and I'm like "dude, it's a podcast...go for it." That's something that'll get better w/time.

Yeah, it's his mic. He had a new mic for this podcast, but he bought an omnidirectional mic which picks up a lot of the room noise. He's trying to figure it out on his end without spending a ton of money, but we're aware of the issue.

... but only for a little while. Then we want results. This better be a contending podcast by March or one of you is getting traded!

Great podcast! It made the commute from SD to OC much better. Actually it aligned perfectly: I pulled into the driveway you guys were basically done... though I cut yall off at some point during the sneaker rambling

Darius and GT are like a 19 year old top 3 pick...podcast wise.

Patience with them. We don't need to trade GT for a late 1st rounder or anything.

GT, think about doing player grades for All-Star break?

To be fair, that's the point where I stopped listening to Darius as well.

It sounds like two syllables when I say it in my head.

Yeah, we might. Depends on what else is going on involving the team at that point.
