Have been dealing with #$%# issues from the rain that I had forgotten that it was an early tipoff. Guess I wasn't the only one.

anyone else miss Kobe?

I miss prime Kobe. Not old, post-achilles Kobe.

I miss old Kobe in the sense that people could blame the Lakers struggles on his shot selection and usage and the other stuff could go by with impunity.

Imagine if the post achilles Kobe is in this line up and they lost with that huge margin. All haters will have unwarranted blame Kobe.

Its one thing to get blown out by the Warriors or Cavs...that we can live with....40-50 point loss, no biggie they are championship contending teams.....but they got blown out by another bottom feeding team with a worst record and also on the verge of rebuilding as well....well not a good sign.

I thought the grabber in chief was supposed to unite us?
I know what will unite the board though,,,,

The Obumbler in Chief that was the the last coach was truly horrid. The new coach has only been at for a minute hang on for awhile longer, lol

I fear the new coach might get the same treatment as mike brown- gone midseason.

Unfortunately I saw the whole game. I have never seen Clarkson look so slow, uninvolved and uninterested. I thinks that he feels badly mistreated by Luke. As one writer who covers the Lakers said of Clarkson: "They beat the Point Guard out of him". He also knows that no matter how hard he works to improve and no matter how well he plays, Luke will never start him. Luke would rather start Huertas, or Calderon instead of him.

If D'Angelo, Nick Young, Lou Williams and Ingram were injured, Luke would probable have a starting backcourt of Huertas and Calderon and keep Clarkson on the bench.

Luke has to understand that there is something wrong with your starters and or your coaching, if you are 16-32 with the third worst record in the NBA, and you have a bench that consistently outplays your starters. Why is he so concerned with having a "great bench"? Any team in the NBA would have a great bench if they put one of their best player on the second unit. The Warriors would have an incredible bench, if Kerr put Klay Thompson in the second unit.

A great bench is only important, if you have a great team, a winning team with great players in the starting lineup. It's an embarrasment of riches.

Doubt Luke will get fired so soon, if he does, there will be another NBA team quick to snatch him up. The problem is our roster, bunch of mismatched parts that don't seem to play well together. The chemistry just isn't there. There should be some trades coming unless they want to tank and keep the pick.

Have the Mavericks been having a hard time selling out games? I saw a lot of empty seats seemed like those D-League games were there is a lot of empty seats.

Mavs are basically where we were with Byron the last 2 years. Not bottoming out yet, and haven't picked up pieces in the draft yet. Just trotting out a bunch of guys in the twilight of their careers and calling it a season.

What's funny is that I read the Mavs game thread and They acted like there team is actually pretty good, I have no doubt they are gonna start losing a lot of games. Maverick fans are some of the fickle fans I have seen.

Why is Ingram OUT? He barely played PG and had a turnover. ???

Yeah, I don't get Luke sometimes. Sometimes he falls in the Byron trap of wanting to win games more than developing.
