I've been trying to wake up earlier recently since I find that it's more productive. 4:00 A.M. seems to maximize productivity, but it's hard getting to sleep by 8:30 P.M., so am trying for 4:30 or 5:00 instead.
Usually woke up around 6:00-6:30 before this. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Geniuses and great people have a high correlation to being night owls, not early risers.

So you just lie in bed for five hours listening to the news?
No I'm in and out of bed. I have breakfast, watch the news till around 8:00am. Then it's First Take, The Price Is Right, Y&R. When I say get up I mean shower and dress. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I am usually up by 9 am. My computer is about 3 feet from my bed so I can reach over and fire it up before brushing my teeth. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

What time do you go to sleep to be able to do that consistently and not feel tired? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

Always been a night owl and I hate waking up early if I don't have to. On days I go into work I wake up around 7:20. Days I work from home I wake up around 8:30 to 8:45. Weekends 9 to 10:30 depending on what time our daughter decides to wake up. During the two weeks my wife and I had off for Christmas we were waking up around noon. It was glorious. I always tell myself I should wake up early and do a workout but I can't do it. I end up working out around 11pm to midnight just works better for me.

I try for 7:30 AM. I'm a night owl though so I actually increase my productivity the later it gets. Based on my work schedule I can sleep in to about 9:00 or 10:00 some days if I need to. Last year I would wake up at 5:00 AM regularly to work out, but I don't think I was genetically built for that. Now I gym it up either in the afternoon or in the late morning as my schedule allows, and I've seen my gainz increase tenfold.
