Point spread was 5, so the kick matters. 3 out of 4 for me but I missed the only game I cared about.

Tough break but 3/4 anti bad

It seems like all of Brees' playoff losses have ended just like this.

He tackled.

His teammate who could've gotten to Diggs.

Yes in regulation you have to kick the extra point but not in overtime.

Thanks

Just goes to show you spend an entire week game planning for your opponent and one bonehead play can ruin it all.

So much for the Steelers and Saints...

Looks like Brady and the Pats get to have the easiest path to the super bowl and I'm probably going to being witnessing another Pats championship victory again.

F all the other AFC teams for being so (bleep) this entire decade.

Yeah. It was a double whammy. Missing an easy tackle is one thing but at the same taking out your own teammate that also had a chance? This has to be a blunder of all blunders.

My other concern is whether they should've gone prevent. Vikings had no time outs and they would've had to get all those linemen downfield and set to even get a next snap in under 10 seconds. Nobody behind Williams to make a play.

I got 3 of the 4 winners and would've went 2-1-1 against the spread. Only game I got horrifically wrong was the Steelers, since I took the Under too LOL. I did have Vikes and the Over, and the last play made the game go Over and the Vikes get a push. Craziness.

Game was over if the defender just stayed out in front and wrapped him up.

Point spread was 5.5 for a lot of people, the Vikings were up by 5 and they took a knee on the extra point.

Super Bowl is in Minnesota and IMO the Vikings are better than the Saints. They have an elite defense. Saints defense is much worse. Jags also have an elite defense; Steelers defense lost their leading tackler weeks ago and wasn’t that good.

Biggest break they got by far IMO was playing the Titans.

Or stayed out of the way. He had a teammate in position to grab from behind but Williams took him out.

Yeah I'm sure it was 5.5 in some places, and it was 5.5 last night in most spots I saw. It had come down to 5 this morning and that's when I took it. I think it was at 5 just before kickoff as well. It had opened at 3.5 so some people that took it earlier in the week won it outright.

He didn't even attempt to tackle. He foolishly just went to make a hit. That's not tackling. If he had actually attempted to tackle, the game is over in the Saints favor.

Just a colossal mistake. Just hold him up and don't let him get to the sideline and he had teammate help to make sure he was wrapped up. I mean, maybe Diggs squirms free and somehow gets OB, but at least it's still a 54-yard kick or something. To just not do anything...yeah, not good LOL.

He didn't just "not do anything", which would mathematically be a 0, he actually removed the one defender who might've caught Diggs out of the equation, so Williams was an actual negative.
