Pelinka has connections and knows the CBA and of course was Kobes agent and a good negotiator so lets see how this works out. |

| It gets worst and worst. Another lap dog for Magic. Can only imagine him in a draft room or deciding is is talented in the NBA at the trade deadline. He needs someone like Jerry West, but not necessarily West to guide his every move. |

Pelinka is a G though. Sharp guy, probably great negotiator. Has an amazing stable of clients. Interesting why he would leave that for a GM job.

It's the Lakers GM job. Probably the most prestige FO job in the NBA.
