Will we have the MLE in the offseason?

Isn't it raising to 7/8m per year?

No. We will be under the cap.

So once we use our 20-30m in cap space, do we only have vet min or do we have any other exceptions?

Room exception. This year it was like 3m. Maybe 4-4.5m next year?

The Lakers conceivably could go either way on this. Right now they look to be about $19.1 million under the cap (for 12 players), but that's without counting the cap hold for the 1-3 pick (assuming they keep the pick). If we add in the cap hold for Calderon, they should be close enough to the cap to keep the full mid-level ($8.406 million) and bi-annual ($3.290 million).

Or they could go the opposite direction, especially if they lose out on the pick. They have a non-guarantee on Tarik's $6.2 million and Huertas' $1.6 million. That'd put them somewhere in the $25 million range for cap room. That's not enough for even one max contract for anyone with seven or more years of experience, but they'd have the ability to do at least one really good signing, and then would have the Room exception ($4.328 million).
