I'd take Lou on this team over Kuzma.

Lebron, AD, Lou would be the best team in the league by far.

I'd like to see year-3 Kuzma play before picking Lou though.

Everybody was on board with the trade at the time, on a young, rebuilding team looking to tank. Hindsight is crazy, though. But lock this (bleep) up, please...

So true. When did the tank thread start that season? November, December?

Lou himself said the Lakers traded him because he refused to tank.

It's interesting to think of the ramifications though. If they hadn't traded Lou, we likely wouldn't have ended up with #2 pick as we finished just two games behind the Sixers that season. After we traded Lou, the went 2-16 over the next 5 weeks.

The Sixers ended up dropping down in the lottery to #5 but swapped picks with the Kings for #3. Would we have taken De'Aaron Fox like the Kings did or would have held onto DLo if Magic couldn't satisfy his man-crush on Lonzo Ball?

With how pathetic our bench looked last night, it could be a possibility.

Lou was our best player....folks at the time wanted to see our youth shine(or just given more time)...so they were happy when he left. At his salary...which been a bargain...he should have been kept. We can use Jamal Crawford?

Remember when people thought JC was going to be a star after year 1? Well, maybe not a star, but a beacon. Good times.

Well we had a superfan who I won't name who thought he was Kobe's equal.

Clarkson is a terrible player. At 12 million he's worse than KCP. Nick is terrible.

Clarkson was on LBJ's squad on the Cavs and objectively had the worst playoff stats in the NBA. Like literally. But I guess that was LBJ's fault too when he selfishly had a 34/9/9 postseason, right?
