I think he should be good for 15mpg at the backup PG spot.

I expect Lonzo to play around 28mpg.

PG rotation:
Lonzo (28)
Ennis (15)
JC (5)

Not bad backup PG numbers tbh

But if he keeps up with those outlet passes, it'll be like he's playing half-court ball.

Why? I think the Lakers will carefully manage his minutes. He can't buy a beer yet.

I thought he was. He moved the ball on O, took open 3's and made them at a good clip and competed on defense.

Ennis is only 22 and was quite clutch in college. He moved around a lot in the NBA, on the bench behind quite a few established players.

Seems like he found his footing with the minutes that Luke gave him at the end of last season. He is a good PG for Luke's system IMO due to his ability to move the ball, not over-dribble and hit open 3's.

Which is why we need more than a d-league quality backup.

If we don't sign him soon, then I think Lakers are gonna send him to the D-League for a year, so we might actually end up signing someone else.

I see Ball playing more like 34mpg. 28 mpg is too low for him. Let the guy play.

No one averaged over 29 last season, I expect Ball to be about there at the end of the season.

They also didn't have a player like Ball on last year's roster. He will make everybody else better. You gotta let him play.

Love this signing, glad he's back. I think it's a much better signing than trying to get Rondo or a Deron Williams, love the fact that he's still young and at this point he's a vet still trying to prove himself in this league, love it!

You have to let the coach do the coaching. Ball will be getting beat up out there, bring him along slowly until he matures.
