Too few 7.2 players in the NBA these days for a short guy like Robinson to be effective.
Who would have thought small-ball will destroy small guys' chances. _________________ .

No official word yet, but Rocket are gonna waive Marcelo. |
It's official, Huertas has been waived.

Rockets make it official and waive guard Marcelo Huertas. Rockets traded for Huertas in the Tyler Ennis deal with the Lakers.

What's your definition of a small guy?
Isaiah Thomas (5'9"), Chris Paul (5'11"), Kyle Lowry (5'11"), and Kemba Walker (5'11") are all All-Stars. The media guide heights for Paul, Lowry, and Walker are myths.
The only thing keeping Nate out of the league is the missing/inconsistent jump shot. From a strength and agility standpoint, at age 32, Nate is probably as physically fit as any player in the league. |

Yes, I've clicked on the link, and I've seen many, many videos of Nate doing super-human things.
Did you see where I said he's probably as physically fit as any player in the league? |

Calderon deserves some major props. He's on the bench in street clothes against the Spurs, his last game as a Laker. They'll probably make the announcement after the game. But throughout the game, he was talking with the players, giving high fives, and being a solid teammate when he could have easily stayed home.
Good dude. Hope he gets his ring. |

It's gonna be Larry Sanders. |
I (bleep) hope so, because we have 3+ C's on this team and none of them can perform consistently enough to deserve to start?! _________________ "We might have had the worst season ever or could have the worst season ever for a Lakers team, but now let's have the greatest comeback that the league has ever seen." - Kobe Bryant |

I'll be happy for Jose. Dude is one of the most professional guys in the NBA, knows the game as well as anybody and can still help a team.
GS is the perfect situation for him |

I honestly don't get this Larry Sanders thing. The PF spot is already congested with 4 players who play or can play the position (Julius, Junior, T-Rob, and Black). With another 25 lbs, Ingram could probably get spot duty as a PF in a small lineup. |

A ring is what it's all about. Jose has the ups on getting one. Kudos. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Calderon was in the team photo they took earlier today: https://i.redd.it/i7lcdeliogiy.jpg
But that's why photoshop exists.
Either way, I wish him the best. |
