Yes. He isn't very good and we are better served getting minutes for young players.
I don't see any how why the top FA signing is supposed to be warming the bench considering he would have been a good match up with the physical OKC front-line there is more to the story of simply not good enough.

1. The fact that he was the top FA signing (and he wasn't. Deng was) means nothing.
2. We aren't trying to win games.
3. We aren't developing Mozgov. _________________ 14-5-3-12

Those are valid points, but if Deng can get PT then so can Mozgov.
I can't understand why he did this and the Deng contract...
Yeah I would love to hear him explain the Mozgov/Deng signings with a focus on the years. _________________ "He's a Zen master, so he can speak to you, and he doesn't need a microphone; you can hear him in your head, 'Ron, don't shoot, don't shoot.' Whatever, pow, three. I love the Zen, though."

Maybe he "can" as in its available to him but his play reached an unreasonable low and they still have to see what they have in the two kids that are playing better than him.

I know it is pointless now.....but our FO took a beating over those poor FA deals, but everyone allows Luke to escape any criticism on it....and he was heavily involved in recruiting Mozgov. There was even speculation he was the driver in encouraging the FO to sign Mozgov.
The writing is on the wall...he will eventually be bought out of his contract. If you are a competitor -- he (or agent) will request it. I see the same thing for Deng. That's why I don't feel sorry for Mitch being let go. He got a lot of passes. From Mike Brown to Byron Scott to signing an injured Steve Nash to signing Deng and Mozgov, Mitch had lost it. Plus signing Calderon and Huertas...the Huertas signing was probably doing someone a favor. He's not NBA material.
