Pelinka is sharp, aggressive, charismatic, and knows the players well. Those are all great qualities to have. The only question will be how the people he has to work with most, GMs and the agents who used to be his rivals, take to him in his new role. If the past is any prologue, he will do well with that too. Good Luck Rob, we're all counting on you.
