I wonder if some of these people commenting on druss and our other projects ever
Actually played bbal.
If anyone here actually think Russ is a bust you need to get ur eyes checked.
The guy is training himself to play under CONTROL.

In fact I am surprised just how well Russell's game flows even though he is still putting
His game together. I have a strong feeling Russell will eventually run on autopilot. His
Method is slow and steady development. He is always trying to made good decisions
Out there. I don't even care if he isn't an all star...his type are not all show like some
Semi good players/one trick ponies.
A pointguard who can distribute and make good decisions is a better founding member
For a young team than some flashy shooter/dunker. It's a sign of maturity and character.

Anyways I am pretty sure most of these "is d lo a franchise player" articles are just ppl
Like Cuban Tryin to get us to give Russell away. Too bad that won't happen now that jumbo
Is gone.

Our core of Russell zubac nance Ingram is pretty awesome when you consider the
Team game that bbal is.
N
Clarkson has been ruined by Scott. But his phili game did surprise me. Im not sure if
His future is here but holding onto guys you draft might be a good thing with FAs.
Clarkson has always played hard and I respect that. He is a great 6th man.

Randle I think is only as good as the coach he is playing for. For a contender he might
Bring that physicality that top tier teams want. Ppl call him a beast but he is beast
Who is scared to shoot. Guy gets paid millions and he better learn how to shoot.
I will take a willing shooter who misses over one who doesn't respect his own shot.
If zubac can nail shots so can randle. That's how you make teams pay by moving the
ball..making shots.

I love Rob and black. They are plug and play types that worked hard to get thir spots.
You want these dudes on your team.

I believe we need the right compliment of players with zu Russ BI and Garry.
Screw franchise players.

What players or skillet do you guys think compliments our core?

I think the Lakers are in desperate need for a high quality 2-way player that can match up with some of the highly athletic wings in the NBA today, and is able to handle switches on screens.

• Top tier, fast twitch athlete
• Great on ball defense
• Good motor, high energy
• Good passer, a cog-type player that gets the ball moving
• Shooting/shooting mechanics must be at least workable and coachable to become a 3&D player

A player like this to play alongside Brandon Ingram would make me drool.

It's the wrong question. It's our young core that represents an undeveloped combination of talent, such an unknown chemistry as a group. I think one would make a mistake to try to acquire a key talent built specifically to work best with these fellers. Wait and play this group for a year more, then decide what the next move needs to be. Mozgov and Deng represent the errors inherent in overspending on "the talent we need next."

Yep, it's anyone's guess which of our young guys will be relevant or even be here one year, 2 years or 3 years from now.

After tonight's game, I think we need a 1, a playmaker who can take pressure off of Russell so he can do what he does best --- shoot and score.

Heck, any playmaker would be great. JC's been improving since the all-star break, but a gifted passer like Ball or Simmons would do wonders for the young core. Right now, it seems so difficult for our players to even get off a good shot. It's either JC doing the iso thing or Randle doing the iso thing.

A Klay Thompson type imo and that's not me just going along with the lazy Golden State comparison.

A two-way sharpshooter with length fits on every team in the league, we're no exception.

He would make me a very happy man as would Taytum or Isaac, although those two bring slighty different things to the table.

All three look to become great two-way players. I'd let Ryan West and Luke sort out which one has the most potential and fit well within their Vision.

I definitely agree, which is why I'm not in the "If we get the third pick trade it for George" camp. I think Jackson and Taytum specifically have bright futures if drafted to the proper team.

Easily the correct answer to this thread. You can cook pretty much anything on a cast iron skillet and it can also be placed in the oven for additional versatility. You will want to keep in mind that they do not heat very evenly (i.e. the center of the skillet will be hotter than the outer portions assuming it is centered on the stove's flame) but overall you really can't go wrong with one.

Seasoning the cast iron skillet - while very easy to do - is also a step not to be missed.

Prime Kobe probably complains about lack of talent around him and forces all the young guys to get traded for veteran talent. Probably not the best personality for our young core lol

This is for OP. I love Russell, I think he is our best and most developed player. If we get #1 overall and draft Fultz, I think Fultz automatically becomes our best player. Also Fultz should be the point.

I'm not a huge Lonzo Ball fan.

I think this is Fultz..Yeah we need 3 and d. We need a big that can shoot. But above all else, we just need a great player. We have a couple promising ones, but no greats imo.
