I would rather invest it than give it to the cable company.

Or just make it rain at the club.

Anything but the Time Warner Cable Federation of Planets.

I use to have the directv now streaming service. They had an intro price of $35 a month for over 100 channels and a free apple tv 4 with a purchase of 3 months. It seemed to work alright but plenty complained about it being up and down. It also has no dvr feature. I used it sparingly and it worked fine 95% of the time I tried it. I didn't use it enough though to justify keeping it after 3 months so I lost that grandfathered in price of $35 a month for 100+ channels.

The Youtube TV service for $35 is interesting if you can split it with multiple people. It says it allows 6 youtube accounts. Or just get a friend that has it to add you for free lol. Paying the full $35 a month really isn't worth it for me. I would mainly watch ESPN/TNT sparingly. And I already pay for reborn4hdlive for all the NBA games anyways. Everything else I tend to download from the internet. Even when I had directv now I wouldn't use it for any shows. I would just watch them later off of my Plex server.

No, I feel ya. But to me, cable is so damn much, you should only do it if you have throwaway money. I mean, no one is getting their moneys worth really.
