What superstar do you feel is going to be the player most likely to sign with this current team in 1-3 years, i.e. trade, free agent signing or some combination

No one considering how the franchise is being handled.

superstar players have joined teams with mediocre records, with the addition of yet again another top pick we should be attractive enough, and if the team chemistry and wins start rolling in next season, who knows if we go 41-41, we can definitely be assured that they will become genuinely interested

Did you just copy and paste that post from last year or the year before? Haha. I mean, people have been saying that for years.

I'd say that Ibaka is the least superstar of the choices but nevertheless he is a game changer and championship level player

Not sure if you were joking, but I was just thinking of this the other day. He's disgruntled on the Knicks and we have a couple of bad contracts we need to get rid of. Of course we have to probably package Clarkson along with Deng or Moz. Also we have to deal with a past prime Melo, who refuses to play the 4 and who holds the ball for 18 seconds before taking an ill-advised ISO shot.

On a different note, Ramona said that there's a chance Blake Griffin will have some interest in the Lakers this summer...

I got slammed on LG for making a comment that Griffin could be a good fit for the Lakers, it is obviously an upgrade at PF but there really hasn't been any news about this, can you provide a link

Regardless of rumors, he has to use someone to keep his team accountable. Even if the Clips plan on throwing max money at him, he keeps them on their toes to keep CP3 and push for another price or even pay luxury tax including keeping Reddick. So maybe between then and now things slow down, the Lakers land a high pick and deal for a vet. Still pipe but if PG somehow forces his way to LA it could be appealing, especially how both could work together.

I'd say it's unpredictable because it depends on how our young guys develop, which is unpredictable. Guessing how this team will be in 3 years is like closing your eyes and throwing darts at a board.

The clips are not going anywhere with their big 3, which is unfortunate bc I really like cp3 griffin and DJ as a group. But it's not working out and with GS SAS and Houston, they are simply not going to be getting past the 2nd round with that core. They need one more piece or they need to blow that team up like Boston did.

I haven't searched, but I remember Ramona suggesting Blake Griffin might be interest in changing Staples Center locker rooms about a month or two ago on the radio (ESPNLA 710). It was a casual conversation so it leads me to believe it was with Mason or someone like that.

Okay I searched. And I found it. You are welcome by the way. On the Mason & Ireland Podcast, March 2, 2017, 23 mins into the final hour, while talking about the Clippers, John Ireland asks Ramona if Blake Griffin will look around. As of right now she says probably not, but there is always a chance. She also said that he loves living in LA, and there is another team here on LA... eluding to Griffin to the Lakers is a possibility... She's very connected to the NBA, and say what you want about her, but she knows her stuff.
