I know we benefit from it alot with Kobe, but when guys pump fake and then jump into the defender has to be eliminated. Guys dont even jump straight up anymore, they jump forward. Hand checking I can deal with, but this one is lame. Especially when everyone knew Malone and Miller used to use there feet to get the call. _________________ Lakers Tickets |

You can't even get this right. The lamest rule is the zone defense. Let's go back to man to man defense and see how those teams fare against Kobe. _________________ I'm like a Hadouken, down-right Fierce! |

That too, but at least its a black and white issue. Jumping into a guy is all subjective. Zone EVERYONE gets called _________________ Lakers Tickets |

The illegal defense (3 seconds) in the paint rule is a JOKE. It could be called on almost every possession. I'm sure I am a little biased, but I rarely see it called on our opponenets, but it is called 2 or 3 times a game on us. Guys just float in the lane shading the side Kobe is on, and it is rarely called. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" "So we have something good to look forward to."

Either have real zone defense or no zone defense at all, none of this pseudo-zone B.S. |

That's a horrible rule, complete agreement with you on this one. |

The league just wants to attract more fans. With zone there are shot more 3-pointers and more passing. They just want to avoid a grind it out one-on-one type of game. If it weren't allowed Kobe might be averaging 50. |
