Here's the list

Body Fat % List from highest to lowest

LINK

This should've been from right after the Lou Will trade (since he's not on there but Calderon still is)

Body Composition Tracker: lbs, BF%

Zubac: 263.8, 18.4%
World Peace: 254.5, 14.9%
Deng: 228, 14.9%
Young: 214.4, 13.6%
Mosgov: 258.4, 13.4%
Black: 257.4, 13.1%
Russell: 197.9, 12.4%
Randle: 256.3, 12%
Clarkson: 196.1, 11.8%
Nance: 235.7, 10.7%
Ingram: 189.9, 9.2%
Calderon: 191.9, 8.9%
Robinson: 250, 5.3%

Total Workout Sessions (since start of season?)

Zubac: 460
Ingram: 434
Robinson: 385
Russell: 342
Mosgov: 319
Randle: 318
Black: 312
World Peace: 308
Nance: 307
Clarkson: 254
Young: 144
Deng: 116
Ennis: 22
Nwaba: 12
Brewer: 4

Zubac was our hardest worker but had the highest bodyfat mainly due to growing into his body which is to be expected.

Only 3 players were in the single digits of bodyfat last season.

Kid's it's understandable why their body fat would be high, veterans unless they're 'done' don't have any excuses.

Guys like Brewer should have no excuses for their body fat being that high.
And I think what should factor into not just their diets but their workouts and how many sessions they are doing. Such as if you're in the top 3 of workout sessions, your body fat WILL drop as your body evolves. That's to be expected.

Brewer?

What did they list his body fat at?

I don't know how old some of these numbers are, but he still looks rather thin to me.

Corey Brewer

Meant Deng.

Interesting.

None of you even mentioned diet(maybe one). You want to lose weight, you eat clean. That's a huge, HUGE part of it.

Most of them could cut 2-3+ percentage by cleaning up their eating alone. It's why JR mentioned diet specifically in his interview. I bet brand new Papa J had quite a few days/nights where his diet discipline was compromised by Baby K.

And damn Trob, freaking ripped. 250 at 5%? damn.

Excellent point. You cannot outrun a doughnut.

No way is TRob 5%BF on a regular basis. It is near impossible to maintain that on a regular basis. There are numerous stories of bodybuilders who tried to maintain such a BF% and the health (physical and mental) issues with the attempt.

I believe it. That man is cut.

I wonder if this means they disconnect the Playstations at the new training facility.

This website page has a pictorial demo of different BF%'s. Going by this, he is closer to 8 or 9%. Check out the veins in the 5% BF pics. No one can maintain that on a regular basis.

He's trying to get everyone to be in better shape. The numbers might be an exaggeration or not realistic but having better nutrition, cardio, and weight training will benefit every player. We haven't been the best conditioned team in the league

Those dudes are flexing, though. But you're right, it's probably higher.

Mitch wouldn't ever set a hard limit of body fat percentage so your point is moot

I'm going to give Magic the benefit of the doubt and take his quote to mean that he wants players to put in the work and be disciplined, and not get too caught up in a specific body fat %.

Can't imagine Mitch saying something so asinine. He was Magic's polar opposite.

Anything Magic says gets picked apart and ridiculed by LG.

This is obviously the point Magic was trying to make. We need to have players in better shape and conditioning. I dont wanna see a 21 year old like Randle huffing and puffing after the first quarter.

If Magic says something dumb, he deserves to get picked apart just like Jim was.If you want to say he didn't literally mean to set a hard percentage, then just say that you want to get the players into better shape

If a thin player has somewhat higher body fat than desirable it means he is lacking muscles in his body composition. Ingram is lacking lean mass those numbers aren't telling he is fat.
