I know it's hard to choose,.but take a stand and pick the player you are most excited to see play tonight.

I'll say, as excited as I am for Lonzo, my pick just might be KCP because I want to see how he fits in. For consideration:

- Julius Randle. How will his offseason transformation play out on the court?
- Lonzo Ball. Need I say more?
- KCP. Will he fit in and how is his defense?
- Brandon Ingram. How will he fare this time against NBA talent?
- Kyle Kuzma. Will his hot shooting and overall play continue?
- OTHER. Let us know who.you are moat excited to watch tonight.

Good poll. Surprisingly more difficult than I originally thought.

I'll go BI just because we didn't get to see much in SPL, what we did see looked great, and the buzz around him has been pretty crazy.

Pretty pumped for everyone though. Go Lakes!

I actually don't have a single player I wanna see more than another. I wanna see how we do, with how magic and pelinka designed our team and the culture they set in place.

KCP because I think he’s a fairly ideal fit next to Lonzo but I want to see if that is the case

Definitely Lonzo. Ingram a close second though.

Also excited for Randle and Kuzma.

Julius Randle. I have a strange confidence in Ingram and Zo, as if I already know how they are going to play. Randle, however, is the biggest question mark on the team in my eyes. I'm excited to see what kind of player he is now, for good or bad, so that my curiosity can be satisfied.

Don't have any "one " player I'm focusing on. Pretty optimistic about several.

My interest and focus is on the overall team chemistry. I'll be looking for those little signs that they are buying into what the coaches are preaching on both ends of the court.

If they are starting to believe or simply earning a paycheck.

I picked Lonzo because I want to see how long it takes this team to play His unselfish, exciting brand of basketball. In summer league it took a few games, but by the championship game those guys were playing that style without Lonzo.

How ever, some other things I'd like to see:

Randle: His energy and defense. If he brings energy and sets the tone effort-wise, then they'll be tough to beat. I think his outside shot will be better, but for me it's about his energy. Be unselfish

KCP: I want to see how he does against Butler defensively, lock down. On offense transition, 3's and be unselfish.

Ingram: Vs Wiggins will be good test him at both ends to see where he's at physically. I think mentally he's already there. Let the scoring come, don't force it.

JC: I really think he explodes this year and becomes a 6th man candidate. He looks like his 3 ball is legit now, and if so, he'll be better the Lou Williams was in short order. Be unselfish.

Nance: He should be awesome with Lonzo on breaks and lobs. Plus I want to see him hit some 3's. Can he D up KAT??

Zublocka: 8%, I think we are sleeping on him because of his fitness at summer league. 8% is a big deal. Zublocka at 25 could be scary.

Rookies: I'd like to see them all play well and show flashes.

In my ideal world they don't need two Max guys and we see the start of a 10 year window in 2017.

If it comes down to one player, how I think about this is who would I miss the most if they weren't playing tonight? Clearly, that's Lonzo.

Many stories, for sure. However, a lot of what I'm curious about today is how everyone looks through that lense of Lonzo's game.
