Yep, yep. I love them tonight, showed some promise. But in all seriousness the Suns are probably a bottom three team in the west.

Don’t care.

Nearly 30 points and a triple double in your second is impressive.

(bleep) the haters.

Magic has to be really proud of Zo: showed he could wash away a subpar game, took over late and nearly had a triple-double. Couldn't ask for much more at all.

He definitely has the IT factor.
I loved how he ran by the defender for layups. We haven’t seen that from anybody in many years.

Ball is going to be good enough to actually build around. Very lucky to have drafted him. I think his game is going to expose the real from the fake too. He's going to make guys who have game look good.

I still don’t forgive his performance in his first game as a pro against a tough defender on a better team all while coming off an injury.

Maybe my favorite thing about Ball tonight was how he looked to take over in crunch time and how he wanted to look to score in crunch time and did so. It was, dare I say it, shades of Kobe.

Great game by Lonzo tonight. Too bad Ingram and Lopez couldn't get him the triple double late, but 29/11/9/1 in his second pro game is cause for excitement.

And yet no one said that D'Angelo's Nets debut was only because the Pacers are a bad team. Weird that.

imagine if zo had the finishers and shot makers that Magic had. he would've had a triple double in game 1.

DLo is about to put up the scoring numbers on the nets. they have zero expectations of him. and they wont force him into a point guard role like that per se. so he will be just find scoring at will and passing a little bit. which was him being himself. we were trying to mold him into more of a pG similar to what happen with Steph Curry when he was at davidson that last season. it takes time to turn a scorer into a solid pg.

Sure Russell will put up numbers on a bad team with minimal impact. Means nothing. Anyone can jack up a bunch of shots and score inefficiently.

It's great that Lonzo can score ~30 points, but it's not really ideal. That's not his game. Guys need to make their shots. Anyway, nice game from the young man.

Consistency. He's going to have ups and downs, he'll look great some nights and terrible in other.

It's too early to determine whether he'll be a bust or not.

Good news is he had a good game tonight with an okay defender in Bledsoe on him. The team was one of the few slotted to be worse than us this year and we as a team made it a lot harder on ourselves than we needed to, but Lonzo had a really solid game.

We'll see how he builds on it.

Wait...what? Total non-sequitor there.

Ball will show out against good teams, too, in short order. Relax.

He responded to the criticism about being too laid back. And look what you see instant improvement. He was ALPHA Male tonight. I was on his back about not showing fire. But he responded did work. I like it!!

We're a bad team that isn't making the playoffs either, so I guess Lonzo's numbers also mean nothing by your logic.
